I'm a work at home mom of two boys. I love vintage images and have an online shop where I sell vintage inspired digital tags, holiday images, and fun labels. I'm learning how to make scrapbook kits. I have a few in my shop but most I'm giving away until I can get better at it. I also make and sell dollhouse miniatures, and I love horses try to ride every day when the kids are in school.
I'm new to scrapbooking. I sell images that I create on Etsy - they are all vintage labels that I've adapted for holidays. I have potion bottle labels for Halloween and candy labels for Valentine's Day. I've started making a few scrapbook kits, but I'm not sure what people need so I'm using the kits that I've put together to make some pages just to see if what I'm making really works. I'm not even sure that the pages are good so I'm hoping to get some critiques or advice from people who have a lot more experience than I do.
I like that this page is dark and shabby - I was going for a kind of "boudoir"/Victorian look.
I made the papers and the hearts and frame element used on this page except for the doilies and the ribbons that I downloaded from here and re-colored. The damask rose is from Sugar Butts designs (thank you for the freebie!!). The feather was a stock image that I re-colored. The pictures are "borrowed" relatives - I don't have any photos of my grandparents that would work. I also used a "clip art" love letter.
I hope that you like it!
