Add a "Popular Layout Templates This Week" to right side bar

I think it would be great to also have a "Popular Layout Templates This Week" on the right side bar on the home page. It reminds everyone that there are layout templates that they can get to help kick-start their pages. smiley

Great idea Brooke! We'll keep this in mind, as we're planning an overhaul of the front page at some date in the near future. Any other ideas for the front page?
