About Me
My scrapbooking journey all started with my husband.
Every year, i would design a calendar with a monthly calendar grid complemented by family photos, but this year, he asked for something different. In previous years, he might like a photo on the January monthly calendar very much, but because it was so obviously a calendar, he felt rather foolish displaying it in his office past the month and would take it down to avoid being teased. After he came across some Japanese anime calendars which are almost completely posters save for a line of numbers at the bottom, he thought maybe i could do something similar?
And so i thought, and i thought, and finally something clicked in my mind. Why not get some inspiration from the scrapbooking community, and work with a scrapbooking theme? From then on, yours truly started slowly but surely falling in love with the whole scrapbooking world!
Description
On our last holiday to Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia, we dropped by the local aquarium in the basement of the famous KLCC Twin Towers. Didn't manage to get many good photos, but the kids did have fun. The background of this layout is actually one of the blurry photos i got from my many attempts to get some good fish pictures. When i say 'stoned' piranhas, i don't mean the fish were on marijuana; i'm using local lingo to mean that the fish were staring off into space.
