Anyone with me on this one? If so, how are you doing it and how is it working for you?
I'm using the Weight Watchers Points Plus method but I don't go to meeting (or pay, for that matter) - and I use WWDiary app for tracking my points. I started (again) January 1st and have lost 31.6 pounds so far. I first used WWPP back in 2011-2012 and lost 50 pounds before I hit a plateau and just gave up...gained back about 40 of that, then tried again at the beginning of this year.
I find the trick is planing...I now have an arsenal of things to try when I hit that plateau again, so I don't get frustrated and stop again and can continue on to goal weight (another 24 pounds or so).
