A universal mystery where do all those socks go? and why only one of the pair?

What a great idea!
haha, love this theme Harriet! Can't believe there is an actual Remembrance Day for it...too funny!
Love the title and layout and yes I bet every household has had solo socks at some point. If my boys and husband never left the house I never lost a sock, but the first time they would go to my M-I-L or their cousins we would end up with the cursed solo sock(s). When the boys were small I ended up in the hospitals several times for extended stays, and they would stay at my M-I-L's while my husband was at work or play. I never found half of their socks with colored stripes around the tops even after long searches at her home. During that same period my husband somehow lost three coats apiece for the boys. All of them were so used to me keeping up with everything that none of them did it.
As grown men both the boys are much better at keeping up with their clothing than dear old dad. Dad is a hopeless case in that department. He was un-train-able after living 22 years with his mom, but I still love him and I have learned to buy a dozen pair of socks exactly alike at a time for him.
Oh, how I LOVE this!
