About Me

Hey there,

I'm Janet. I was born and raised in Minnesota. In 2002 I met my dear hubby and in 2009, after a long wait we had our first baby girl, Annelyse. Then this past February we were surprised with the early birth of our second daughter, Sophia who was born three months premature. When I'm not taking care of my crazy, sweet, spunky, girls, I run my photography business. I must have ran across pixel scrapper early on when it was first started. I downloaded a few things but then got busy taking care of my first baby girl. Now I'm coming back and am very thankful for the resources that you provide. It's tough to find quality, free of charge, digital papers, layouts, and assets that can be used for commercial purposes.

In April of 2010, when Annelyse was eleven months old, our family of three flew from Minnesota to England to visit my husband's side of the family. Our little peanut got to see many people and sites while there, though one outing in particular stands out, because it was far from any sort of location that the average tourist would search out. Inside the village of Rowlands Gill there's a recreational area with a rolling river. Growing up this place held special memories for my husband, so he was excited to be able to show it to both Annelyse and I. Because of its beauty and peacefulness, this special spot was a very welcome break from the hustle and bustle of many of the other locations that we visited.

The only part of the layout that isn't from the Superlatives kit is the stitching, which came from this brushes kit.
