WOW I LOVE THIS!! IT IS AWESOME!! Whenever I see a redbird, my sisters and I always say there is mom or dad. My dad used to love them in his birdbath or feeder. I instantly thought of them when I saw your beautiful layout!

Description

I was really drawn to the image of the cardinal because I remember watching the beautiful birds in St. Louis when I was a child. The folk art feel of the pine trees added in a feel from my life in the Pacific Northwest and the many Christmases I spent there. I used pieces from the December Blog Hop. There were so many to choose from! The desaturated colors provided a new look for my layout. The wooded scene is a public domain picture of a Victorian winter.
