About Me
I'm a graphic design/photography double major at a small art school. I use Photoshop CS3. I've been scrapping since 2004 when I worked for a traditional scrapbooking supply company. My job there was to make digital layouts using the products so they could be placed in the catalog to showcase how the products could be used...so I kinda got into digi-scrapping more than the traditional scrapping since I like that you can reuse things as much as you like and even resize and recolor as needed.
Description
I used Monster Mash by Digilicious Designs to make this layout... her designs are available at The Studio.
This was also for the 2012 Superbowl Sunday scrap-a-thon.
#1 Find two papers, one solid and one patterned and position the top paper so it only covers 2/3rds of the bottom paper.
#2 Pick one picture and place it on your layout twice. One big centered on the top paper, and the other small and placed in between the two papers.
#3 Put a different kind of frame on each picture.
#4 Place some type of border element like ribbon or ricrac along the edge of the top paper where it meets the 2nd bottom paper.
#5 Choose an element that is round or in a shape (mine is a ribbon in a heart shape) and frame it around the smaller picture.
#6 Place a long curly ribbon or similar with a flower or two to cluster somewhere in between the two framed pictures at some point.
#7 Add any kind of sparkle or bling to your layout and date and title it and you’re done
