About Me
Hi, my name is Alyssa Martin. I am from Minnesota, but have lived in Fairbanks AK, for the last 14 years. I'm a work from home mom with two great boys that are growing up far too fast.
We're an outdoorsy family, that loves camping, fishing, geocaching, and hitting the lake in the summer time. In the winter time we enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snow machining weather permitting. We've also along the way developed a stead fast rule of getting the heck out of dodge in February in seek of warm weather and adventure.
I got into scrapbooking after the birth of my first boy, however I am just recently getting into digital scrapbooking and have enjoyed making the pages of my family and our adventurers so far. I look forward to learning more, and have a ton of catching up to do as I go back and dig out old family photos, and find new things that inspire new projects. I love this site, its a gold mine for a newbie like me! Sometimes, things get a little crazy, and I earn a few weird looks from my children, but i stand by the claim that getting excited about digital sheep, and pretty papers is perfectly normal, and everybody does it.
