Trip to Victoria in the Scrapbook

I love being able to mix the pocket pages with some regular style layouts. It takes the pressure off trying to make layouts for all the pictures from a trip, and lets me focus on the photos I most want to scrap. Also, it's just so much easier to include more photos this way. A perfect system!

The sans serif is probably a Helvetica. I don't have my layouts with me at the moment, so I can't check the specifics. I'll try to remember to come back and let you know when I have that info. And yes, I used the line tool.

What a gorgeous mix of pages, Marisa, I absolutely love how they all turned out - & how beautifully they are go together! I really love how you added the titles with the brush script over the line & then the san serif font. What fonts did you use? And did you create this in Photoshop (using the line tool or something else)? And yes, I realize I'm That Person who always asks about fonts - sorry about that, it's just that I love them so. =D

Lovely work, Marisa! I like the combo of pocket scrapping and full page scrapping ... it seems to suit your need to 1)get pages done and 2)still be creative. I have been trending this way as well. Cheers!
