I'm a 40-something woman with way too much time on my hands! I'm an avid camper, kayaker, animal lover, amputee, and very proud Aunt to 2 newly adopted, amazing kids (which is good, as they make up most of my scrapbooking!). I live with my 2 dogs Cody & Kaylynn, cat Akasha, conure Sprite (the fairy, not the soft drink...) and fish who are, sadly, unnamed.

This was a very hard page to create. It's actually the worst day of my sister & brother-in-law's life. This was the day they learned that the two children who had flourished in their family for more than 18 months were going to be returned to their birth mom in 3 weeks. In an amazing show of love and courage, they 'celebrated' this news with their children at their favorite place, and turned it into a wonderful event for their girl's - even though it was the worst day ever for them.

Beautiful page, Caileigh, and the expressions on those little girls' faces really say it all. Your sister & brother-in-law must be very special people, to give such love and joy to to the girls when their own hearts were breaking. They've created such special memories for these two girls to take away with them as they return to their birth mother. I hope and pray that they are as happy and loved with her as they have obviously been with you sister & brother-in-law. The world needs more people like them.
