About Me

I'm in my thirties, however, I don't believe in age, & think of it only as a measure of time that doesn't define who we are or what we do. I'm married to a wonderful man (no kids, yet), and though I'm orgininally from Michigan (US) I now call Queensland, Australia home. :)

I love to read, write, cook, digital photography, sketching, digital art & jewellery making. I enjoy mostly fantasy & sci-fi. I love comic books, anime/manga, video & computer games, as well as written/literary RPGs, kids shows & movies, & movies in general.

I love the outdoors, animals, & swimming. Hiking, biking, camping, sunsets, rain (especially thunder storms), snow (yes I know I'm weird that way *shrugs*).

I will try almost anything once. I love to learn anything & if it challenges me to look beyond what people think of as conventional, even better.

I tend to be sarcastic, but all in good humour. I love people who challenge me, are smart, don't offend easily, can understand & appreciate my humour, & if you are comfortable with who you are all the better!

I would rather you hurt my feelings with the truth than to add to my delusion with a lie.

I think that even if we have to grow old, we don't have to grow up. We should all live as if this is the only life we get, even if you don't believe that it is.

To embrace the world with the eyes of a child, the heart of someone in love, and with a mind that is wide open.
