My subscription was due to renew on the 13th (I think - may have been the 14th). At any rate, I unsubscribed last night since I have been having one of my rare times of internet access, and I knew I couldn't continue my subscription. I was totally surprised to see that instead of my having a subscription through the time it was due to renew - it was simply cancelled right now.
Since the time frame is advertised as $10.00 a month - my "month" should have lasted to the end of the subscription period.
I personally am not upset - but this still isn't fair.
Hi Connie, thanks for posting. You are right that this is absolutely not fair: we had a glitch in the system, and I have reconciled it, and sent you an email.
