Hi I'm Gail from Ontario, Canada. I just found your site yesterday, while looking for scrapbook blog trains. I have never really been involved with an online community but LOVE this one!! I am a paper scrapbooker, just learning the digital world. Have PSE 10 and love it but so-o-o much to learn. Hope to contribute to the forums and love meeting people from all over the world!
Hi everyone! I'm super new to Pixel Scrapper, but I absolutely love it here. I don't really do the digital scrapping thing per se but I use a lot of scrap kit things in my designs. I recently learned to draw and I am okay with it. I'm using Photoshop CS6 as it came with the Macbook Pro that my college sent me!
Welcome everybody! We are very happy to have you all! Enjoy our forums!

Hello, I'm from Italy. I've discovered scrapping and all is new for me.
Welcome to everyone! Thanks so much for saying hello!
Sorry 'bout that had my cap locks on. LoL. Hi, my name is Jeni and I have scrapbooking for quite a while now. I started with traditional paper then found the wonderful world of digital scrapbooking, and have been doing this ever since. I am a Pack Rat (I still have all of my paper scrapbooking stuff -after 4 years) Have been married to the most wonderful man since 1998 and have 3 children. I just started a monthly membership with you after receiving a birthday email on my birthday I am soooo glad you sent it, otherwise I wouldn't have known you were out here! I adore the kits and elements that I have seen, and am super excited about what more there is to come. Once I learn the ropes, I will post some of my pages. Thanks so much for this site! Hope to see you all around!
PS. I started using Microsoft Office, could make very simple square pages. Then got paint.net for free and used that. A few years later, my husband bought me PSE 10. So that is what I use now.
Hi Hannah! We can't wait to see your creations! Welcome!
Welcome everyone, is good to see new people coming
Hello everyone! My name is Julie and I am so happy to have found this awesome website! I am a mom of 4 and I love, love, LOVE capturing precious moments in time on film and video. (All of it! The good, the bad, and the ugly!) If I'm not holding at least one camera when you see me, then something is wrong! I'm a long time PAPER scrapper that recently crossed over to the wonderful world of digital. My 14 year son and I just started designing together in December and we are 100% HOOKED! Design is the first thing we've ever really been able to bond over, so this mama is super happy! We still have a ton to learn, so I am so grateful to have found such a great community to become a part of.
Hi! I'm Angela, and I live in the Great (right now FROZEN) Midwest--the Mitten, to be more precise. I just found digital scrapbooking a few months ago, and I stumbled onto Pixel Scrapper a few days ago. It was definitely the highlight of my week! I love to scrapbook, but I also like to create cards and other paper crafts. I love to write, so I journal a lot, and my favorite things to create are personalized journals with inspirational images, quotes, designs and prompts inside. I have two amazing children, who have definitely increased my interest in photography and scrapping. Thank you for the Site, Marisa (and Jordan)!
Welcome! Thanks for saying hello!
hi, i'm amy, i am 33 and currently a stay at home mom to an adorable 3 month old baby girl Victoria. I also have two other girls, ages 8 & 10) from a previous marriage. I've been scrapping and crafting as long as i can remember. Been out of the game for awhile...excited to get back into it!
Hi everyone, I'm Raye and I live in central North Carolina, USA. I am a full time caregiver for my ailing father and a full-time student working toward my Bachelor's Degree in Web Development. I have been creating web sites and pages for online gaming leagues for several years. I've always been crafty with hobbies including crochet, acrylics, watercolor, knitting, needlepoint, baking (like wedding cake baking), and more. I stumbled across this site when searching for supplies to make a handmade birthday card for a friend and fell in love. I am new to digital scrapbooking but have already developed a certifiable addiction. I'm working on my first scrap kit now, hopefully to be included in the April Blog Train, so I'm also in the process of creating a blog and building up my community points here in time to participate. Super excited about the opportunity to create and welcome any feedback or advice you all have to offer.
See ya'll on the boards
Nice to "meet" another newbie. Just wanted to say...Your Victoria is a living doll! I bet you're having a blast scrapping around that precious little face! Best of luck and happy scrapping!
Hello from COLDand Snowy New Hampshire, USA!
I just joined the community a couple of days ago; I was drawn in by Marisa's philosophies, especially her thoughts on piracy and that of how art should be shared. It's so nice finding someone in cyberspace with whom I agree! Kudos to Marisa for putting together and posting her manifesto, which so greatly differs (in a good way) from other digital scrapbooking communities!
The other draw to this community for me is the designer challenges. I had to give up designing last July after becoming paralyzed by a stroke but I miss it and want to make an effort to create again and I think the designer challenges will help me along with that.
Being as I've written a rather lengthy profile for myself, rather than repeat it all here, I'm going to ask that anyone interested in knowing more about me, please read my profile.
Hi my name is Lisa. I have 2 children a almost 7 year old daughter and a 12 year old son. I've always enjoyed crafts and art. My mothers was a big crafter and I was exposed to a lot from being in girl scouts as well. I use to do scrap booking a lot when my son was younger and I have been wanting to get back into saving memories again. I was born in Baltimore, Maryland and followed love to Minnesota. I quickly decided that I prefer small towns to the big city. I'm a country girl at heart. I am very new here and have found your site Marisa to be phenomenal and a wonderful tool and service. Thank you for creating and sharing your work with all of us. It is appreciated and held in high regard!!!
Welcome everyone! So glad to have you here!
hej, i'm doro K.
I am an artist, illustrator, designer from germany that loves to do everything creative.
thanks for this great website!
best wishes, doro K.
Hi my name is Pat, I live in Victoria, Australia. I am a grandmother of 15 and great grandmother of 5. When I retired I started sewing and bought an embroidery machine ( or 2 or 3 ) and have really enjoyed that for years now. Recently I was invited to a scrapbook party and then a card making party and I am already addicted and it has only been a few weeks. I have just found this site and love it. My project now is to get all of my photos (years of them) and scan them onto the computer and start scrapping a family tree album, I have already found goodies on this site that I will use for this purpose. Thanks for being here, you are such an inspiration.
Hi I am terra. I live in Canada. I enjoy digital scrapbooking, and I love the art and craft of scrapbooking! I have been scrapbooking for 16 years now.
Wow, so many new people. Thanks for telling a bit of yourelves, and welcome to Pixel Scrapper!
@Pat: Good luck with your scanning project. I have an ongoing one of my own and I'm doing terribly at it!
Hi! My mom told me to check out this site -- she digi-scraps more than I do; but I like to dabble in it -- especially around the holidays.
I'm Lynda and I live in NC.
Hello! My name is Kim. I live in Indiana (USA) with my husband and 3 boys. I did paper scrapbooking until our boys started moving around. Once that happened, I stopped scrapbooking until I discovered digital! Now the boys can't mess up the layouts while they are in progress. Digital supplies are also much easier to move as we have lived in several places.
I love the variety and tutorials represented here. I also like the blog trains that help me find new designers & styles. I look forward to learning more.
Hi! I'm Marcy, an American living in Italy. I'm married to a wonderful Italian guy, and I'm the proud Mom of a grown daughter (from a previous marriage), granddaughter (living in the USA with her mommy), and an adorable son from my present marriage. Check out my profile for more about me.
I LOVE pixelscrapper.com and I've been following/downloading elements/reading email newsletters for quite some time (about a year?) and just finally got around to filling out my profile and introducing myself here.
Anyone who wants to connect on Pinterest or other social networks, please see my profile. Ciao for now!
Hi, I'm Rebecca. I'm from Ohio and have just found the art of scrapbooking with a twist. I use Smash Books by K & Company for my scrapbooking. I feel scrapbooking is my way to get away and go through what I'm dealing with on a daily basis. It helps me to reflect on my life and how I've lived it and also just have fun with embellishments. I love to see what others come up with and it gives me ideas for what I want to work on next. I am a wife to my wonderful husband for 12 years, have two awesome boys ages 9 and 10 (soon to be 11!), and I am a stay at home mom. We homeschool our kids through a statewide online school which they love and have succeeded greatly compared to their other schools. I love this site and my favorite layouts have been by Marisa. I love vibrant colors and love to print them and use them in my smash books.
Hi, I am Chandra and I am a professional family/child photographer. I live and work in Southern California and have been scrapbooking since the "old days" with paper and glue! I switched to digital in about 2006 when I was about to become a mommy and knew I wouldn't be able to leave unfinished pages out all over the house! I love scrapbooking. It relaxes me, it helps me to remember things forever that I might otherwise forget someday, and helps me create beautiful memories for my family! My daughter is now 7 and loves to see the pages and photobooks I create!
Hello. I'm Kae Park. 17 years old. I'm from South Korea. I love to design and make stuffs
My name is Maree. I live in Perth Western Australia. I am mother to 2 young adult girls and 2 grandchildren.
I have been apart of the digi scrapping community for many years, and been active as a creative team member. Been on different site teams and for a very short space of time, thought I would be a designer. lol, decided I would leave the designing to those who had the talent and just dabble for my own interests these days.
These days I am just a praiser at a site, I prefer to look and love on the amazing talent that is shared.
I did find this site awhile back, but lost the link and cannot remember how I find you again.
I will probably join in on the blog trains, just for some fun and hopefully to improve my abilities.
Besides scrapping , my other interests are reading ( the old fashion way, books with real pages), I enjoy gardening, crafts and spending time playing with my grandchildren, when I can. I am a animal lover, and recently rescued a Jack Russel X pup, and named her Bella. She is being loved lots and looked after.
Cant think of anymore to say, so I shall leave it at this.
