There are so many techniques to use on a layout, I have a hard time keeping track of them all and usually just do the same thing every time. This week your technique challenge is to use paper like a brush. Just Jaimee has a tutorial here about this technique, but usually when I do this I don't bother to make the styles like she does. I just clip a paper to the layer with the brush. Can't wait to see what everyone makes!

Can't make and save styles in PSE but can definitely clip papers to brushes, off to look for some super papers. Great challenge.

I like to use paper clipped to brushes, it makes for an easy quick foundation for clusters and photos.

This challenge was petty great. I love the effect, and had forgotten about these photos of a fun outer-space themed costume party, back when I was dating michael (now my husband) in 2009.
This is really cool! Love the layouts coming through and love learning something new even more!

What a wonderful idea! I've never thought of doing that before, but it's so simple!
The big gold section in this layout is one of Marisa's gold papers clipped to a brush. And the butterfly brush behind the photos also has a paper clipped to it. The paper strip that says "I love you to the the" isn't a brush, but it does have notebook paper clipped to it.
