This look is really easy to achieve. All you need is the polygonal lasso tool.
On a new layer make a asymmetrical selection. You just need to click to the corners of the shape.
Fill the selection.
Repeat on a new layer.
Now bring in the papers you want to use.
Clip them to the new layers.
