Recipe for Chicken Soup

It was asked what the recipe was for the chicken noodle soup my husband made last week. Seen in this layout.

I'll do my best to tell you the ingredients, but my hubby is a "make this from what I think I want to taste" type of guy, meaning, he makes it how he thinks he wants it to taste. No recipes. Lol smiley

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast, boneless frozen ones that were boiled until done
Chicken broth and butter
Frozen egg noodles
Chopped, celery, carrots, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and some frozen peas are the veggies
Seasons to his taste, but I can assure that there is salt, pepper, basil and some other things in there. LOL

That's all I know ladies, I hope that you are all good cooks and can work it out to make it your own!

Sounds Delish! Kiana Your hubby makes his chicken soup like I make my beef stew, never the same way twice. smiley

Talking about Chicken Soups... Olive Gardens Chicken Gnocchi Soup is to DIE for, but it's definitely not a "heart" healthy food I would imagine cause of the cheese, high carbs, etc... BUT just in case anyone here wants a couple copy cat recipes for at home. These are two that are pretty close. smiley

Thanks for sharing.

Yea, his recipes are never the same, I think it's pretty neat. Where as I follow recipes almost to a tee.

Sounds yummy. If it does not warm up here soon I think I will be making some soup on Saturday!

I always make my own broth for chicken soup when I roast a chicken or turkey if it's a turkey carcass. There is nothing better than home made chicken soup when it's snowy and blowy outside, especially if it's served with home made bread

That really sounds good, soup is one of my favorite meals to make and eat! I have never put butter in it though, I think I will give it a shot this weekend smiley

It gives it a richer taste. So Yummy!!

I add a little olive oil instead of the butter ... I like the taste better and at my age I really don't need butter lol
