Christine, this sounds like an issue that Marisa and Jordan will need to take care of. They are currently on vacation so it might be a bit before they can get to it.
One other thing though, is it possible for you to provide a link to the exact one you tried to download, if not a link perhaps the exact name of the item you wanted. This will make it easier when they see this to be able to get right to it.
