PS not remembering Login Password

This option only works for me on occasion. I still have to punch in my password almost every time. I have noticed a very specific time that it does work for me most of the time and that's when I'm on the homepage logged out then I right click on log in and go down to open in new tab... THEN and only then (some of the time) my password comes up already filled in. Otherwise it never shows up filled in. LoL

NOTE: I'm not saying it changes my password like the problem Dennis had back when. I'm just referring to this screen... see photo(if this helps)
