If there were more hours in the day.... But in the meantime....

Goodness knows we all have a million and one things on our to do lists. This might be a fun way to get to know each other a bit better. Here's how it goes. Fill in your own information after the...

If there were more hours in the day I would...
-Reorganize my house from top to bottom (haven't been able to do that since having baby #2)
-Edit photos of my beautiful girls
-Create more scrapbook layouts of the girls and in particular a scrapbook for baby #2
-Design some digital templates to use for client work - story boards, albums, cards
-Sit down and watch a movie with my hubby (done after the girls are asleep so that we can sit through the WHOLE thing uninterrupted)
-Learn to cook - something that just isn't a strength of mine
-Make some photo props that I've had my eye on
-Make more hair accessories for my girls

But in the meantime I am...
-Snuggling my eldest daughter while typing
-Playing with my girls while a movie is on in the background
-Waiting for the washer to finish so that I can the clothes washing process
-Mentally preparing to get the girls ready to go out so my hubby and I can go vote (very chilly here bordering on almost snowing)
-Ignoring the dishes that are calling my name in the sink

I'd love to hear about you!

Great topic.

If there were more hours in the day I would...
- Cook more. I like eating good food, but I hate the time it takes to make something. Also I'm usually too hungry to actually cook properly.
- Do more yoga. I always feel wonderful after just 10 minutes, imagine how good I would feel if I did more!
- Read more, craft more and take more naps!

But in the meantime I am...
Mostly I'm having a much more exciting day than usual, so don't think my life is usually so exciting!
- Doing laundry
- Drinking tea
- Responding to an interview for a magazine
- Catching up on last minute things
- Preparing for vacation, starts tonight!

Clever!

If there were more hours in the day I would...
- Clean the house, top to bottom. It hasn't had a good scrub since I started grad school
- Craft: Finish all my pending scrapbooking projects and master some sewing projects
- Write a novel
- Finish little around-the-house projects like new curtain rods & tiebacks in our bedroom

But in the meantime I am...
- Finishing my thesis
- Ignoring things-that-need-to-be-put-away around the house, including the dishes.
- Avoiding my daily workout
- Listening to Divergent on audiobook
- Creating plan of action for selling late MIL's house
- procrastinating on PixelScrapper smiley

If there were more hours in the day I would...
- Unpack every box in our new house
- Start and/or finish all of the craft projects that I want to do
- Cook
- Edit and organize my photos and digiscrap files

But in the meantime I am...
- Setting up the internet in our new house
- Making my lunch for work tomorrow
- Ignoring the growing pile of laundry

Love this idea!

If there were more hours in the day I would...
- Spend more time in the bathtub
- Scan all of my paper scrapbooks and get them organized digitally
- Read more books
- Probably have a cleaner house, but maybe not. Having more time wouldn't make me like to clean better.
- Go out with the girls more often.

But in the meantime I am...
- Downloading too much, not scrapping enough
- Trying to squeak in a little quality time with the kids since they are out of school
- Doing aerobics three times a week. That's pretty major for me!
- Doing lots and lots of things for church and for my family.
- Feeling grateful for so much goodness in my life that keeps me so busy.

If there were more hours in the day I would...
- Cleaning my house
- Spend more time with my brother for geocaching
- Read more detective-books
- Solving jigsaw puzzles
- playing more ps3 or ps2 games

But in the meantime I am...
- busy to start a billiards tournament
- making curtains for my family
- recover from my burn-out
- Do the dishes, laundry, cooking, cleaning the toilet, errands etc. , everything except cleaning the bathroom, livingroom, kitchen etc......

If there were more hours in the day I would:

1.) Scan all of my families photos and mementos since I somehow came to be in possession of them all for the most part.

2.) Scrap more

3.) Read more

4.) Write more

5.) Do more Art/Photography

But instead I'm:

1.) also procrastinating on DigitalScrapbook.com smiley

2.) not scrapping

3.) sorting all my previous thousands of downloads while downloading more

4.) Not sleeping despite the fact that I haven't slept since I woke up Thursday Morning (ok it was technically 12:15pm so really it was afternoon...lol.)

5.) Listening to music

@Sarah, I spend a lot of time on #3, also! And it's going to get even "worse" with the December dailies! lol

you're not kidding... I started checking my email and downloading the daily downloads at about 6:30pm and now it's 12:11am and I'm still downloading stuff, though now I'm downloading the stuff from the Worldwide Christmas Scrapbooking Freebies Blog Train... but still it took me two hours+ to go through my email today...and most of it was daily downloads for the month of December... everyone and their brother is doing a freebie countdown to Christmas... not complaining cuz I LOVE freebies but it does take up a lot of time to download all the pieces every day... and of course the nut that I am I HAVE to have ALL the pieces... lol.

If there were more hours in the day I would use them to SLEEP!!! It just seems like I never quite get enough.

I would have more time to work on my crafting, I might even have time to reorganize my craft space... that would really be something.

That's a very good question. I've always wanted to learn how to work a pottery wheel. It just looks like so much fun. There are alot of places here in the U.S. that I've never been to, so traveling sound nice as well.

If there were more hours in the day....
Work more on my polymer clay
Work more on jewelry making
Paint more
Read more
Work out more
Reorganize every crevice of the house
Garden more

But in the meantime....
keeping up with minimal cleaning on days off
trying to spend as much time as possible with family
trying not do my job as best as I can

If there were more hours in the day I would...

Study more
Workout more
Bake / Cook more
Play with my children more

But in the meantime I am...

Cleaning (blah!)
Working (blah!)
Feeding the kids
Getting easily distracted with the internet

If there were more hours in the day I would...
-Take longer bubble baths
-Spend more time at the park with my kids
-Read more books..I love series
-Catch up on my shows on the DVR
-Spend more time crocheting

But in the meantime I am...
-Stripping all the beds and washing all of our bed linens
-Ignoring the dishes (one cleaning task is enough right now, lol)
-Checking my emails
-Reading the forums here
-Procrastinating on tons of things I could/should be doing, lol
