I am totally new here. I just signed up yesterday, so excited! Yeah!
I was able to download multiple selections, however, after a certain point the credits were being removed and download status as such, but the downloads never appeared. Did I do something wrong? Please advise.

Hi robin, welcome! Sorry for the issue regarding download credits being removed without the download starting. Can you tell me a bit more about the problem, being as specific as possible? For instance, what items were you attempting to download, and which ones worked, which ones didn't work, and did you receive an error message or anything? If you refresh the page after an unsuccessful download attempt, is there a message saying that you have already downloaded the item (see this screenshot)?
Can you also tell me what operating system and browser you are using?
Hopefully we can get this sorted out and fixed quickly!

I had the same thing happen to me today. I tried twice to download the following: Floral 20 - Overlay It removed my credits, but did not download. I was trying to download it as a CU each time. Everything else downloaded fine.

Hi Chickie, sorry for the trouble. I've given you some extra credits to make up for your loss.
If you refresh the page after an unsuccessful download attempt (you can generally do this by pressing F5 on your keyboard), is there a message saying that you have already downloaded the item (see this screenshot)?
Can you also tell me what operating system and browser you are using?
Did you try waiting a few seconds after clicking "download"? Sometimes it takes a little while for the download to process...
Thanks so much Jordan. My OS is MS 7, using IE. I did wait a bit, but did not refresh my page. I will have to remember that and look for the message. I am an old hand at downloading digi scrap stuff, so I waited long enough to realize that it was not going to happen. I appreciate your quick help!

I have had the same issue. No error message, but I noticed that the elements, alpha items and clusters that I downloaded were just fine, but NONE of the papers I downloaded (no idea, probably 10-15 of them) showed up in my downloads folder. Using Win 7, Google Chrome. New user today. Love the site otherwise!
Sorry again for the trouble, ladies! This is a hard issue to troubleshoot, as the downloading seems to work fine for most people most of the time, but clearly there is a problem somewhere. I'm going to work soon to try to get to the bottom of this. For the time being, I would appreciate it if you would let me know of any further instances of downloads not starting.
