I implemented this a few days ago, but just wanted to let everyone know that the gallery has been improved as requested: you can now zoom in on gallery layouts to better see them in all their glory 
.
Just click on a layout to zoom in on it:
Then click on the "zoom" icon in the lower-right if you want to zoom in to full-size:

Excellent feature.
I'm so glad to have found this. I had no idea that we could zoom in on the gallery layouts till now. I guess I'll have to spend more time in the forums to learn more about the site. I've only been around for a few weeks, but I love everything about this site so far. It sounds like you all are working hard. Thanks so much!
Jordan you're pretty much a rock star! I didn't realize I could do this either... I will admit I haven't sought it out either but now I will be a zooming godess! lol
This is a fantastic feature. I find that most gallery shots are too small to really appreciate a layout.
