Since it's so far out of the realm of things I know about, I would really appreciate having a couple testers to look the pieces of the kit over, try them out, and see how they work. What I most need are people to compare the color scheme/papers to their photos to make sure things look good and to look over my elements to make sure they are useful and correct. No actual scrapping is involved, although I will send you the finished kit for free, so you can scrap at your leisure.

I wish I could help, but my schedule doesn't look promising in the next 6 weeks. I assume you needed people immediately? If you still need someone for Coast Guard by the 2nd week of April, I'd love to help! Can't do much before then, unfortunately.
