When I saw this layout I was instantly in love. I love the mini layout on the layout. The use of white space. The circles. Color vs B&W. There are so many ideas, I'm sure you can find something to inspire you!

This looks a great page to scraplift... hopefully I will be back with something for this challenge.

Jem

I can't see the layout to scraplift - can you help me ?

Jem you should be able to right click on the image box and select "show picture" if that doesn't work just click on where it should be and it'll take you to the webpage where the original page is - just scroll down to the one with the cut-out circles on the left and mini-layout on the the right within the same layout. Hope that helps.

I did my layout with some Christmas-time pics smiley I copied a lot of things from the original layout and I like how mine turned out although I still feel like it needs a little something more at the top clustering in the mini-layout. Clustering is NOT my strong suit. Oh well, here it is...Christmas Cookies

Actually, Jenny, I like your mini layout cluster. The colors are compatible and the gray background lets them shine. Perhaps a bit more shadowing to make the elements pop. Clustering is hard for me also. Either don't know when to stop or can't find anything I like! Something for me to work on.

Jem

Sorry ladies I still can't see the chosen layout - can anyone give me the link to it in the gallery ??

@Jem: You may want to try a different browser. Here is the link to the post, it's the layout by Piradee Talvanna.

Here is my design for the scraplift challenge! smiley

Here's my layout! I used the circles concept and the square of paper, but not much else is the same. smiley

Here is my layout. I'm working through a scrapbook of my dad's life and these challenges are helping me get it finished.
Thanks for checking it out! smiley

Here is my layout. I love the cameras and made some of my own. And I also like the contrast between black/white and color so I tried to do that..

Here is mine:

Oops ... I didn't follow the LO that you picked out, but I followed the circle concept. Do you want me to do another? I tried to delete the comment but it wouldn't let me, I can put it on the kit challenge because I used The Palestines kit. Please let me know if this is acceptable or not.

Angela: It's great. You took the circle idea and ran with it!

LOL thank you!

this is the first time i've ever done scrap lifting and it turned out to be much more difficult than i anticipated! but i love that i had to push myself to learn and grow smiley i definitely need more practice!

This might not be recognizable as a scraplift of the original but here it is.

I was inspired by the black & white in the original layout and decided to play with that. I used Vienna music notes, Notebook papers, Superlative papers and frames and Metal alpha.

Here is my submission. This one was a toughie for some reason. smiley
