I'd totally change that first sentence to read "The September blog train.." if I could.
ACO File
Thank you, Kayl, for the ACO files that you so faithfully make for us! It's a nice treat not to have to make our own
Happy to provide them
I agree, thanks, Kayl - I always look for your ACO file before I start my designing.
I'm feeling very black and white these days. I think I'll do a zebra.
I like your color choices, Diane. I've been thinking about doing bears, either panda or polar bears, but I'm leaning more towards the pandas.
I'm concerned I wont be able to make a mini out of Elephants, which happens to be our baby-to-be's nursery theme... So I might just make little felt versions of a bunch of different animals and offer that instead We'll see how it goes!
I'm taking tigers for my theme.
I'm hoping to do a petting zoo kit. So I'll be doing farm animals.
I am working on some multi-purpose zoo animal themed kindie fun as pocket cards or work and coloring sheets for early learning activities such as basic number and letter recognition skills.
I was thinking of maybe doing flashcards as well. E - Elephant, F - Flamingo, G - Giraffe, etc. I'm not sure I'll get around to it though so I'm glad you're going that direction!
Those are so cute Bina! Love your idea! Looking forward to what you come up with
So many awesome ideas so far!!
Kayl, would it be OK with you if I do Elephants? If it is, then I'd like to choose ELEPHANTS.
Phyllis -- I think pandas would be wonderful. They're not at too many zoos, but where they do have them, they have the most visitors. They're just so much fun to watch.
Kayl -- Congratulations! When is the baby due?
Bina -- Cute idea!
Once again, this is shaping up to be a great blog train!
You're more than welcome to do elephants! I may end up doing a couple myself but the more the merrier right?!
Thanks! The high-risk specialist says my due date is Jan 31 but I'd likely be induced earlier. The other OB says I'm due Feb 7th and the baby might want to cook longer. So I don't really know! Sometime early 2018!
Kayl, Exciting news about the baby! I wish you a most wonderful pregnancy that makes you feel like Mother Nature herself. We look forward to many new layouts of your new, precious cargo, when baby arrives.........
Hi Marisa, I know it has been a very! Long time for me...With my husband been down in and out of the Hospital...then I been down. But trying to spread my joy of scraping ..so I will jump in and create some fun goodies to. I need to make some new templates Love the colors & Theme. I will do a Lion.
Thank you, Kayl, Diane and Jessica.
@Sharon I hope you are okay with the giraffes on my lil cards....
Bina, I love the font you used for the words 'encounter, experience and consider'!
Would you mind sharing the font name?
Thank you!
Are we okay with the little giraffes? lol! I'm a big sucker for adorable kid educational tools - I love what you came up with! They will be cute for a school layout or for printing out to practice writing. I like that you used cursive too. Ya know I read once quite some time back that small children should learn cursive early since they are already accustomed to a form of cursive with all the bubbles, circles, ect that they do in early scribbling. Always made sense to me.
Thanks, Kayl - I've already half finished! I couldn't resist!
I *was* originally thinking penguins, but now thinking of doing "Reptile House," if OK with everyone. Love penguins, but I have some neat ideas for the Reptile House theme... and cool pics from our trip to the zoo, to boot!
I'm thinking to do flamingo theme
Here are my paper previews; I'll also have one kit of assorted elements, and one kit of journal cards.

@Patricia: It is actually a wordart by Marisa, I am not sure about the font.
Thank you, Jessica. Cannot wait to hand this to some kindie kids and see what they come up with.... I am a sucker for early education materials too! I just saw a documentary about early learning in China and I wish I had recorded it just to share the cute materials they had, of course looking all fancy especially for someone like me who cannot read or write Chinese.
