This looks distorted to me. I have it at 700 X 488...originally, 2152 X 1500.

Here this should help :
1) Goto your layout page :

2) Right click "open link in new tab" or window
3) You should see this link

4) Now use that image link with your 700 x 488 dimensions and this will make it both not blurry AND the correct dimensions.
The reason is if you just use the image that shows up as the layout image on your gallery page its only 456x456 so you are essentially sizing up a square image and distorting it to rectangle proportions.

Well I always use the link image and scale for a square image for the 12x12 as it will keep the image from being blurry.
Edited to add : When I upload my gallery image is actually 1000x1000 so I use 600x600 but I always use the "open link in new tab" url & not the "view image" url on the layout page. Make sense?
