DCs haven't refreshed

My download credits haven't refreshed since I used all of them at 01:52am on Wednesday, September 5.
I've been having no DC since then.
Does anyone have the same issue?
Could someone help me, please?

I've just got 5 bonus DCs when I made this topic, because my community points reached 15, but I still haven't got my daily DCs.
