I am really struggling to come up with any kind of theme related ideas. Like it has been mentioned before, generic elements and papers with the palette are always an option, I just hate to limit myself to that. So, if anyone be so kind as to make some suggestions, I would be most appreciative.

I know the most obvious theme is a zoo theme, but we did that one a few months ago, though it might have been more like a year ago, so I would like to try to go a different direction. Anyway, thanks in advance for any suggestions!

The palette is so pretty, for me it can go many directions. I think it could do well with pets, adventure, and career just to name a few. Im not big into zoo stuff...tho I havent done a zoo related kit and yet I have tons of zoo pics. smiley Go figure.

Believe it or not, I actually have this one done already.

The colour palette and theme title made me instantly think of tigers and that song "Take a Walk On The Wild Side", so that's what I ran with. I was able to whip this one together pretty quick (much to my surprise) once I started digging through all of my graphics collections to see what I had on hand.

I had no intention of working on this one yet, I was just digging around in my stuff grappling for some inspiration... and then suddenly *poof!* I was on a roll.

Sometimes it just goes like that, I guess. smiley

1 down... 6 more to go! (still working on December, LOL)

Maybe this will help to inspire others ?

I am still working on these papers, though. Yesterday I bought some bottles of paint to make some textures.

The palette is just so gorgeous. smiley

Dawn,
I would think you could do motorcylces, sky diving, Racing (which I would use) anything that is considered "wild" for me thats lots lol....just a thought different than animals. Although I love the zoo too!

Here is my take on the theme.

Such creative ideas, everyone! I love all I see here!

I just ended my portion with a total of 12 papers and 4 masks.

Robin, your animals are spectacular, they will be perfect for scraps of my young grandchildren, and your papers are awesome!

Maddiesh, I can hardly wait to get your masks and use them, and the texture on your beautiful papers is fantastic!! For some reason I am currently gravitating to papers with texture.

Brenda, your tiger theme mini is gorgeous!! I love the frame and the paper with the paw prints and boot prints side by side.

I'm still struggling with what I will do to go with this theme, though I'm probably making it harder than it needs to be. I may end up doing what Brenda said she did and start going through my template and graphic stash until something jumps out at me

I keep hearing the Trogg's Wild Thing song.... smiley

Me, too, Kim! This theme makes me think of hippies!

I added a green color to the palette. I went with a horse theme because we are raising a wild mustang from the BLM range.

Sunny, this is gorgeous. Wow.

This is my interpretation of the theme

Dawn, I love the hiking twist on it!

My part! Trying to get ahead of the game before I go back to school!

Oh my, I guess it will be quite difficult to be original for this blogtrain! I'm busy designing for this one too, but all I have now are some papers with animal prints and 5 handdrawn critters, not very unique.... But I really put some time in those animals, handdrawing them (I really wanted to do that, because it will add a nice personal touch I guess) and then colouring and adjusting them digitally. They turned out pretty cute, but I love all the animals you all made as well. I guess the people who will download the February blogtrain will get lots of 'wild' animals. smiley

No worries, everything is unique, so the animals in other kits aren't the same as yours! Each designer's version of this will appeal to different people. It's all good! Or, like me, you'll think they're ALL cute, and want them all! LOL

Ah, that's true Lisel, that's what I thought. And I want them all too, the designs are way too cute! smiley

There you go, Dawn! You've always said you don't check anyone's post in this thread until you've had yours done, but here you are this month..."walking on the wild side"...!!! smiley smiley smiley ...

Examples of some of what I've been working on. This is becoming a large bundle, based on wolves. It looks like Imgur throws a hissy fit when you upload a png and that's why some of these items are showing a black background!

Some of these images look a bit crappy on here, but they look fine in PSE.

My "wild side" is running a bit on the "tame" side this month.

I made a little something too:

I hope you enjoy.
