Hi everybody. I can't recall if I introduced myself many months before so thought I would do so now. I am an almost 61 year old Canadian who lives in Kingston, Ontario. Scrapbooking is my hobby, my passion and while experiencing vertigo, is my saving grace!!!! Initially I started with paper scrapbooking however about 1 1/2 years ago, I switched to digital and am hooked. I am grateful for Pixelscrapper - such talented artists who inspire me with their designs. I hope to share my pages with the various challenges where with their parents permission, you will see my grandkiddies who I adore.

Welcome! Thanks for saying hello smiley

Hi folx smiley

I'm Aibhne (Gaelic, pronounced ehv-nee), my pronouns are they/them or fae/faer I'm a neurodiverse, disabled, queer digital designer and activist.

I stumbled upon your designer challenges the other day while Googling for inspiration, thank you btw. I mostly use Photoshop & Illustrator now, but I am also familiar with older versions of PSP and some 3D rendering software, but it's been a while since I updated my ArtWanted Gallery.

Some layouts I've made using my own designs

Welcome Aibhne! Glad to have you here.

Hi all my name is Amanda. I am 43 years old. I was born and raised in Tyler Texas. Never been out of Texas. But hope to one day. I got married to my high school sweet heart Kevin at age 16 and Kevin had just turn 18. Everyone said we would not make it a year but here we are just celebrated our 27th anniversary. No kids but we have 3 indoor cats and 3 outdoor cats, and 2 Boston Terrier. They are our world. I loved making tags and facebook timeline covers and I have always wanted to get into Scrapbooking but I got really sick , and for years now my doctor kept telling me no. And I missed making tags. But finally my luck is turning around health wise and I am on the road to a full recovery. My doctor is finally talking about letting me get back to normal activity in a couple more weeks so I am going to relearn to make tags, facebook timeline covers, and I am finally going to learn all I can about scrapbooking. I did a search and found this blog and so happy I did. I see there is Tutorial and I will be checking it out. I am very excited to be here and can't wait to learn all I can and collect goodies alone the way. Thank you for this blog. God bless Hugs, Amanda

Welcome to DigitalScrapbook.com!

Hi, I'm Brandi and according to my birth certificate, I'm 49, although I still don't see how it's true. I keep trying to figure out where the mistake is, but so far I'm stuck with it. Ugh. I was born in Arizona, but I grew up in Connecticut. I think I'm much better suited for the small town atmosphere I had in CT, which is unfortunate since I'm back living in Arizona.

I think I decided to give digital scrapbooking a try because my kitties (Millie and Lulabelle) don't like for me to do anything without them helping. After they threw everything on the floor, tore it up or just snatched it up in their mouth and ran away with it over and over, I knew I needed to try something else. I had done something similar to digital scrapbooking on a website called Polyvore, so I thought "Why not do it myself just for fun?" Then when I saw how many beautiful items were available to use, I started becoming obsessed with collecting them. Now I have lots of fun things to use and am trying to learn how to use them a little better. It's frustrating when I can see what I want to do in my head, but it doesn't completely translate onto the computer, but hopefully I'm getting there. I just feel very lucky to have found DigitalScrapbook.com and can't thank you enough for all of your inspiration and help! (I can't figure out how to add pictures to this, so I guess it's going to be just this.) smiley

Thanks for saying hello Brandi! Glad you found us. You can find help with posting images here.

Hi Everyone, I am Sue and I live in Brisbane, Australia. I love digital scrap booking and making handmade cards. I am married with 2 adult children. I have 2 gorgeous grandsons and I am sure they will feature in my layouts. I also love to travel, cruising being our favourite mode of transport. I look forward to getting to know you all and sharing my layouts.

Thanks so much for the welcome gift. Now to find my way around.

I am a huge fan of your work. I think I have downloaded enough of your kits to fill. an entire digital scrapbook or sticker book. Thanks so much for sharing all your elements and kits.

I love your layouts. They help me so much to come up with my own ideas. Thank God for people like you who are so creative. Sometimes I wonder if I could come up with some of the amazing layouts and elements you all create.

Thanks for saying hello everyone!

Hello, I'm Lindy. I am from Vancouver Island and started scrapbooking or journaling or something about a year ago. I didn't realize I had any creative inclination at all but apparently I've finally found it. I love paper scrapbooking and haven't really tried the digital thing yet but I love the idea that I can easily scrapbook anywhere so I'm going to give it a shot. I'm excited to be able to customize everything to exactly the style/colors/pattern that I want without having to spend endless hours in the scrapbooking store flipping through paper pads. Thank you for the freebies, they're a great start and I look forward to downloading more, it's inspirational to have so much new stuff to work with.
Thanks again!
Lindy

Hi everyone, joined a while back and haven't really had the time to use this amazing site to it's advantage (busy lifestyle). However, since having a stroke back in January I am now forcing myself to slow down and find time for myself to unwind and relax. Have no experience with digital scrap booking however I am willing to learn and maybe make some new friends along the way. smiley

Welcome! Thanks for saying hello!

@Lindy: It's amazing when you realize that you can use whatever you can think of!

@Scrappy Doo: Best of luck with the recovery! smiley

Hi! I'm Kerry Ann. I love being creative and using graphics to up that creativity. I draw and create stickers. I have scrapbooked for a while, but I use planners as my memory albums. So happy to be here.

Welcome, ladies!

Thank you!

Hi Marisa and everyone else,

My name is Shelli. I live in Portland, Oregon. Sorry to say I am not a scrapbooker and never have been. I make journals, the papers and elements I have found here are perfect for some upcoming journals I want to make. I am so happy to have found your site and look forward to seeing what else I can discover here. Thanks so much!

Welcome Shelli.

Welcome to all Newbies.

Hi - I'm Joan from Illinois. I found DigitalScrapbook.com quite by accident doing a search for images. This has been a great resource for me as I move forward in my paper crafting. I consider myself creative and artsy and have tried most crafts. From scrapbooking to jewelry making, floral crafts, designing wreaths and cards and mixed media projects I've done a little of it all. Just give me some glue, paper, and scissors and I'm happy. I'm also proud to be a 22 year breast cancer survivor.

This site is spectacular and in the short time I've been here I have found so much content. Very helpful to me as I continue with my paper crafts.

Can't wait to see the journals you make Shelli! Are you making junk journals, or something cleaner? I love making junk journals, but I've been considering making something cleaner, like a travelers notebook, with things I've printed.

Hello everyone! I'm Lori and live in small town Indiana. My sister introduced me to paper scrapbooking several years ago and I've done our family heritage books but now have discovered how beautiful heritage digital layouts can be so I'm considering redoing my paper books. I need way more practice before I'm ready to tackle that project so was tickled pink when I found this website with the great forum and the beautiful graphics. I'm in total awe when I look in the gallery on pixelscrapper! You ladies and men are very talented. I'm new to digital scrapbooking and loving the journey!
