Hi.. would someone be able to tell me if there is a tutorial for creating frames for templates. I have some picture I want to inset by clippng mask but all my frame shapes look blaa.

Have you thought of using a filter or style to jaz up the frames?
You can create your own. Use the tools in Photoshop to do this. Here is an example I used the Sisters always kit.
I used one of the 12x12 sheets of paper.
Selected the center area leaving the distance that will be used for the frame.
Went to Select on the menu - than Inverse. This changed the selected area that will be the frame.
Next I applied a filter to change the look of the paper, but to keep the color to match the remaining items in the kit.
Next I applied a Layer Style. This gave depth to the frame.
I than resized the frame and saved my work.
Below you can see two different types of frames.
You can now create your template from this to accomplish what you want.
If you share an image of what you're trying to achieve, I can maybe work on a tutorial. There are so many ways to do frames, that I don't know where to start.
