One set of his instructions had me lost - where he instructed people to make a Layer Mask (don't know how to do that) & then create a Radial Gradient on the mask (don't know how to do that either). Other than those 2 things, I think I could figure out how to do this in PSP...

Pioneer Woman has one that I use a lot - she has two sets, both very useful, I think the sepia one is in the second set. There is also a cool free one here at Deviant Art.
If you Google Vintage Photoshop Actions you will find more than you can shake a stick at.
