Nothing is downloading

I hope I am posting this in the right place. I received a free kit or bundle, I think it was when I first joined a few days ago and that is the only thing I have been able to download. I can not download any of the individual things, the templates. I have used all my credits the last few days, I have tried to download some flowers a few times and I can not get anything to download, I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

Hi Anita, very sorry to hear that the downloading isn't working for you. I recently discovered a javascript issue that breaks the downloads for a small percentage of users (such as yourself). I'm going to be working to solve the problem, hopefully within the next few days.

For now, you can get around this problem by disabling javascript in your web browser.

If you don't know how to disable javascript in your browser, you can download the Firefox browser here, and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Firefox options menu (see screenshot).
  2. Uncheck the "enable javascript" check box, and then click "Okay" to save your changes (see screenshot).
  3. Now try downloading something from DigitalScrapbook.com, using Firefox.

@Anita: Java is not the same as Javascript: in this situation, you just need to disable Javascript in the particular browser you are using. I'm really sorry for the trouble, and the lost credits: I've given you a bunch of bonus download credits to help make up for the lost ones.

Please let me know how things go. And again: I hope to have this issue fixed within the next few days, so that downloads will work for you in any browser, with javascript enabled or not.

@Anita: so did disabling Javascript solve the problem, or did you find a different solution?

I used the Firefox browser and unchecked the enable javascript like you recommended and it worked. Thank you for your help!
