Same thing happened to me when I had to unsubscribe for awhile the first time.
Lost all credit and status, makes no sense. It's like a virtual slap in the face, isn't it.
You would think if you give monetary support to an entity, that you would at least get
recognotion for that and get to keep your past status. No money, no recognition!

Thani (our junior webmaster) is out of office until August, but I have put this on the top of his list of things to fix when he gets back. I may be able to get to it before then, but it will definitely be fixed in August at the lastest!
Do you mean fix it for everyone so it does not keep happening to folks in the future,
or just Roses profile. Just curious.
And by the way Jordan, I might add if any patrons do have to unsubscribe at any time, cause you know life happens outside the internet, may I suggest adding an extra 10 or 15 crediits to their daily account, or perhaps the ability to download 1 whole kit a day, along with their daily credits, you know, something that says, hey, we know you are having a hard time right now, but wanted to show our appreciation for the time/years you have supported us".
@Angela: it will be a fix for everyone. And thank you for the ideas regarding bonus credits etc.--we always want to show our gratitude to our patrons as much as possible, and those are great ideas that we will take into account and work towards implementing.
