Not getting my unlimited downloads

I have tried contacting you through the contact form but have had no response. I pay $20 a month for unlimited downloads but can only download 5 items a day. Can you PLEASE fix this?

Hopefully, you have already heard back from Marisa or Jordan but if not I'm sure they will get back to you soon. I've heard they are moving across country so I know they have been unusually busy this past month. Wish I could be more helpful for you, but I wanted to let you know why there may be a little lag in the contacting right now. Hope this gets resolved for you really soon Marg! smiley
