I started out with one idea in mind and ended up at a totally different place smiley

Oh, Diane, I am absolutely in love with your kit! The crochet items, the paper textures........wow.

Really loving what I am seeing here ladies! This is going to be a real cozy train from the looks of it!

I had a tricky time with this palette, not gonna lie. I think I'm overall happy with the end result, though.

Amanda, I like it, too. The tags, buttons and metal piece are a perfect compliment to your papers. I agree...the palette was a challenge!

beautiful part Amanda! smiley

Thanks, ladies. smiley Everyone's parts look good so far (Diane, I love all the crochet textures in yours, and Bourico, I can't wait to use the leaves and halftones in yours on a project).

May I contribute?

I have read all the rules and I believe I can but just checking

Thank you

Kaye, the blog trains are open to anyone who wants to participate. smiley

Thank you! Amanda

This is my portion, it's my first time to I hope it fits the brief!

Very pretty, Kaye!

Thanks Amanda

Very nice, Kaye. Welcome aboard!

Very nice, Lisel. smiley You've got some great textures on your papers and I like your word art.

Would you take a suggestion to move the ampersand in your "go together" word art so that it's in the gap between "hot" and "cocoa" (but still in its vertical position)? It gets a little lost where it is.

I can do that. I tried it there to begin with, and it looked weird. But I'll try it again. smiley

UPDATE: I did change it.

Mmmmmm, hot chocolate.... with a wee splash of Bailey's Irish Cream liqueur for, uh, "colour". smiley

Knit sweater solids and elements:

Lisel, I think it works a bit better after the fix (and since you spaced it out, people could rearrange it if they wanted). smiley

Brenda, I like your papers, and that snowflake-stitch border.

Thanks, Amanda!
Brenda, that bird is so sweet! All the papers are gorgeous, and I think I just really like your style of design!

Wow!! There's some very pretty contributions thus far. I'm so excited to take part in this train.

Here's a sneak peek at what I'm working on.

LOVE the colors of this blog train! So, so pretty! And the kits so far are just awesome!

I hope to take part in this Blog Train.
I am not sure I will do it for this train... .but maybe at times.. .is it allowed to design a layout template?
