Feb 2020 LC Life Begins

Make a layout about crafting, a single craft or craft project.

Link your layout here in the forum to your gallery.
Doing this makes it much easier for others to find your layout and smiley or comment on it.
If you don't know how to do this there is a great tutorial
here.
You may enter as many layouts as you'd like for a challenge, but please only post your layout to one challenge.

Here are some DigitalScrapbook.com products perfect for this topic

And before I forget, please smiley support my feature request for the gallery and vote here.

The Details

In 2000 I attended the second event held by the newly formed Heart of Texas Scrapbook Club! I loved the ladies who were part of it, and soon joined them on the team. In the Spring of 2014 we celebrated our 50th event! (with some of the original members still in attendance). The club continued to host 4 more events following the 50th (I think I attended about 45+ in my time with the club!) It was such an amazing group of women, and we remain friends to this day!

I consider photography to be a craft - one that I'm working on improving, so here's a layout composed of pictures from 2 different photoshoots I did with my kids.

I don't know if digital scrapbooking counts, but I am very proud and happy that I just finished a project more than a year in progress for my great nephew's first year baby book. It came back from the printer two days ago! Now I need to wrap it and give it to my niece and great-nephew. This is the cover for the book - I decided to make it look somewhat like a traditional book.

Here is Baby's First Year Cover.
