The Fault in Our Stars and Gone Girl are on my current to be read list. I'd be up for starting to read the book in August and then discuss in September. I'm sort of booked up for reading the rest of this month!!!

I loved the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, also (City of Bones, City of Glass, etc.) and I'm waiting (impatiently) for her latest in the Immortal Devices to come out (Clockwork Princess, I think? My list is on my computer at work).

The Matched trilogy by Ally Condie.

The Maximum Ride series by James Patterson.

I could go on... and on...

Since I'm traveling and off mommy duty for a few days I actually got to read a book!! Yay!
I just finished The Light Between Oceans by ML Stedman.
It is the story of an Australian lighthouse keeper and his wife set in the early 1900s.
They take care of the lights on an isolated island just off the SW Australian coast.
One day a dingy with a dead man and an infant washes up on shore.
They decide to keep the arrival a secret and raise the baby on their own.
The birth family of the baby eventually finds out what happened and heartbreak ensues.

It was a very sweet story and a quick read. I really enjoyed it.

Can't wait to get started!
