Hey everyone! My name is Nicole, but most everyone calls me Nikki. I'm the proud mother of 3 incredibly goofy boys named Hunter, Matthew, and Austin. I'm also the proud "parent" of 2 crazy cats - Tigger and Twilight.
Digiscrapping is my stress reliever and major addiction, all at the same time. I love getting to sit down and getting lost in a layout in Photoshop.
Hello! My name is Stefanee. I am 24 years old. I have been married to my best friend for 5 years. We have two beautiful daughters; a 3 year old (who was diagnosed with autism this past year) and a almost 1 year old (in just a couple of weeks!) I am a stay at home mom while my husband goes to school full time, works full time, is in the Army National Guard, and is in the process of applying to med school! Needless to say our lives are in complete chaos majority of the time! Crafts, blogging, and just recently scrapbooking, is what keeps me sane! I love my family and I have no idea what I would do without the chaos that they have given me! I'm glad I found this site, it seems like a lot of fun and will help me learn a lot!
Hi! I am Bonnie and I live in the heart of the USA, Missouri. I am 47 and have been married to my husband for 25 years!! Who-yah! I have three children and a son-in-law Danie, 22 married to Daniel (Ha ha) Bekah 10 and Luke 8. Yes the age difference was on purpose.
I have been crafting in one form or another since I was 19. I used to have my own on-line business selling handmade greeting cards and gifts but I had to close it down when I got sick last year. Like some of the others, when I first heard about digital scrapbooking I thought why on earth would I want to do that? I love playing with glue and scissors, etc. But about three months ago I thought I would give it a try since I have about a kagillion photos on my computer and it gets expensive to print them off. I really enjoy it and am trying to get my 10 year old to try it. She likes to craft but is a bit of a perfectionist and gets mad and gives up when her stuff doesn't look like mine (despite all my explaining she is just starting. UGH) So far she hasn't given it a try but hopefully will soon. I love this site and visit almost every day!
Welcome everyone! Thanks for saying hello!
@Duangamorn: Love the photo of you and the dog!
@Bonnie: Digi scrapping is great for perfectionists because you get a redo button!
Hello, my name is Katie. I just found this site tonight while looking through other digital scrap booking sites and blog. I live in Minnesota, USA. I enjoy this, and other things like reading and blogging. If I am not working, I can usually be found in front of my computer thinking up new designs from the kits that I have acquired
Welcome everybvody! Thanks for saying hi!
I am sort of new and it is my goal to try and become a better digital scrapper. Currently I can only begin a scrap page using templates, I do hope that will change. I began as a paper scrapper so I am trying to transition and get used to the digital concept. I love it, I am able to scrap in times when I don't have time to deal with all of my paper scrapping stash which is huge. So here I am. I look forward to getting to know everyone.
Welcome! Thanks for saying hello!
@Jennifer: Digi Scrapping is great for the lack of clutter it creates (although most of us do need giant hard drives!)
HI - I'm Laura and I live in Barcelona - Catalonian. I'm begginer ion scrap but I love it. I have a little boy - Unai 4 yeras old - and I work as a customer service in a little machinary company. I started in scrap but accident but now It's my principal hobby and let me to disconnected of troubles and all the world in general. This site is great.
I am a 43 yr old, SAHM of 3 they are 23, 13, and 16, and including my DH and My Mother I really have my hands full. I also have 5 Furr Babies, 2 cats, and 3 dogs. This gives me plenty of subjects to scrap just not as much time as I would like. I have been paper scrapping since I was a young girl. Got my first scrapbook around age 10 and kept everything from restaraunt menus, business cards, post cards and even concert tickets. Oh well the times have changed and myself and family have grown ... and I went to college graduated with a Degree in Occupational Studies in Commercial and Fine Art. I was a computer graphics, illustrator and painting instructor for around 10 years enjoyed it thoroughly but when I started having babies it proved to be more then I could handle. I have since then become disabled with illnesses i will not name at this time it would take up all the space HAHA! I also worked at an advertising agency for several years and learned all kinds of good stuff about design and layout. I have been digital scrapbooking for around 6 years as well as designing scrapbooking kits and designer resources. I still love pulling out my paper scrapbooks and adhesive and making the real thing but time has left me limited on when I can do so. I have however become a pro at collecting all kinds of odds and ends to scrap with that is a hobby in itself just collecting the goodies. I Love them. I am looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible and making some new friends I see so much talent its Awesomely Inspirational Just to look around in the gallery and at all the wonderful tools available here for Free. I also love Photography and have become quite attached to my Iphone which incredibly takes great quality photos as I have printed many and they turn out pretty great for the convenience its quite amazing. Ok I will shut up as I have a bunch of layouts I would like to upload and plenty to make as well as creations floating out of my mind for kits and accessories as we speak. See you around Happy Scrappin!!
Hello everyone. My name is Marlene. I'm from Ohio and live with my wonderful husband and several outdoor cats. I have been designing graphics for a long time and until recently was the owner of the websites "Mardars Stuff" and "MardarsPrintables". I ran these free for personal use sites for almost 9 years. Recently I had to shut them down because of financial bumps in the road. I have opened an Etsy shop under the name MardarsPrintables and have just started adding things to it. Not sure if I'll make any money, but it is an outlet for my creativity. http://www.etsy.com/shop/MardarsPrintables
Love everything I have seen so far on this site and I hope to exchange new ideas with everyone soon.
Welcome everubody! Thanks for saying hi and I hope you have fun here
Thanks for saying hello! Glad to have you here!
Hello everyone, I found this site through someone else's FB post, and liked the idea of what's going on here. I grew up an Air Force brat, lived in Ohio, Texas, Germany, England, Arizona, and now call San Diego home. I love all kinds of creative pursuits, and love learning new things about whatever I do. Hope to contribute to the blog train this month if I can, as my newest pursuit in the creative arts.
I've been digiscrapping since 2008, but have recently lost my mojo and want to get it flowing again. I've joined in a number of design contests in the last few years and wish to continue with the designing as well as scrapping. I love to do heritage pages, as I am an avid genealogist for my family as well as my husband's side. Now that we are both retired, we have time to travel and I love to photograph the places we go. So those photos get digiscrapped, too. Then there are plenty of photos of my two grandchildren to scrap, though I have to rely on my son for most of those, as they live in Mississippi and I'm all the way out in California.
Welcome Dona! I just finished my own little heritage project, which I'll be sharing more about in a month or so. Glad to have you here!
Hi, i'm Raquel, from Brazil.
Love this site!!!!
I like to make scrapbook for my nieces, now my little daughter and travels.
Thanks for your support!
I'm Alice. I'm a seamstress who just discovered digital scrap. I'm so happy to be here. Hello everyone!
Hello,i thought i was in here before, however i looked around in a few pages and did,'t see my reply.
My name is Mersija (Mer-see-ya) i am a homeschool Christian mom to 5 awesome blessings, whom i love with all my heart.I enjoy crafting, tag making,i love to fish,i also enjoy volunteering, i spend my life on the computer, lol, not always a good thing.I enjoy inspiring others to be all they can be.I sometimes take on more then i can handle and get myself overwhelmed easy, when that happens,i step back and take some deep breaths, lol, those may last a couple days.I started out scrap booking all the memories in scrap books,i scraped my children's birthday parties and everything else at home, never really was intrested in digital scrap booking very much, however i did find making digital signature tags for friends on a certain social network and loved it.I then went on to bigger and better things and finely created a blog and know started to make scrap kits.I am still learning about graphic design and all there is to know about that.
There's lil' something about me.
Thanks for telling us a little about yourself!
Hey there it's Shanti from the Netherlands, 41 single. I do'nt scrapbook but use digiscrap stuff for digital art and "analog" mixed media art. I must say that at the moment I'm downloading more than I am creating... you've probably all been there! Yes the picture is me, it's just not that recent...
Hi I'm Dee from England but currently live in Amman Jordan. I use Adobe photoshop CS6 for all of my scrapbooking designs. I prefer to make scrapbooking papers and quick pages. Looking forward to being part of this site!
Hi, my name is Elouise and I'm a create-a-holic! I'm really not sure how it happened, but I just discovered Pixel Scrapper last week! My computer decided to die (on my return from a trip to New Zealand with cards full of photos)... so I'm back online after a looooonnnnggg hiatus with a brand spanking new machine. Yay!
I also love getting my hands dirty with traditional mixed media pieces, studied photography for four years, have an obsession with repurposing men's vintage jackets into gorgeous women's accessories and if I'm not creating, you'd better call an ambulance because to me it's the same as breathing!
Looking forward to some creative fun with creative people!
Hi, I'm Jennifer.
I am an illustrator that uses the Pixel Scrapper assets in my digital mixed media illustrations. I love this site and the quality of the assets are amazing. Thank you for helping me do my job better.
@Dee: I can't believe you live in Amman! I just moved from there, after living there for 2 years. We were almost neighbors!
lol it's a small world. I'm in Marj Al Hammam, if that rings a bell with you. I first came here in 2009, then went back to the Uk and came back to Amman almost 2 years ago. Just read your profile, and sure enough I found pics of Jordan lol. Will you be returning?. I do like it here but get rather homesick at times, but then like you say, theres some wonderful places here to visit, so far I've only got round to visiting the Dead sea and Jerash and loved them, not sure about this heat though, it knocks me for six lol. Would love to go see the Citadel and Petra, but I don't drive over here, the roads terrify me hahah (I'm sure you will know what I mean), so I will have to wait untill hubby gets time off work to take me.
I'm so happy to have found this brilliant site, my sanity has been restored as I have now found people with thw same interest in scrapbooking and then to find you and seeing you have lived in Jordan is a great bonus. Thank you for replying as when I say my sanity was ebbing away, it's because I am here and can't speak a word of Arabic lol so now I feel less isolated.
We probably won't be going back to Jordan anytime soon. We were living with my in-laws and they're moving to Jerusalem, so we don't have as much reason to go anymore. I also didn't drive, and don't speak any Arabic, but luckily everyone else I was living with could, so that was a big bonus. Fun to have a little connection!
