What your favorite confectionery?

Os Meus São Certeza com o sorvete e o brigadeiro

Pineapple lumps

Maple fudge...yum yum..or cherry cheesecake

Hmmm. That's a hard one. If it's sweet, then I probably love it. If pressed, I may claim the donut as my favorite.

anything caramel - YUM!!

Black forest cake! Thanks a lot now I want some! smiley

I agree with Marisa, hard to tell. Possibly condensed milk puddin.

Mine will have to be dark choc baked cheese cake!!!!! smiley

Wow...this is a real tuffy. I really do love key lime pie but then again I'm also very partial to a certain band of chocolate covered cherries and then there is triple chocolate ice cream....three chocolate flavors of ice cream in one container smiley can't go wrong there. And then there is of course cheese cake and devil dog cake, twinkie's and peanut butter cups. I just can't seem to pick a single one that I could say would be my absolute favorite. With so many choices, the question is why would you wont to smiley when you can have them all!!

Oh man, just one?! I'll go with a recent one - at Trader Joe (a US small chain grocery) they have dark chocolate covered ginger. Anything ginger is an easy sell when you are pregnant!

I love sweets. I recently discovered a cookie shop called The Sweet Tooth Fairy. Wow, their cookies are in a whole different league than all other cookies I've ever eaten, especially the sugar cookie.

I have a weakness for a German candy called Softi. They can be hard to find in the states unless you want to order them online.

I'm a pineapple lumps fan too!

This is really delicious here in Brazil have the same dessert...and it´s amazing, as I said here in Brazil we have a sweet called Brigadier leading condensed milk and chocolate milk is super simple to make and is delicious, so much that they created others now call gourmet Brigadier.
The Cake Boss when he was here he learned to do and think today already sells in his shop, even for cake filling is good but the right point for cake filling is another here always do as birthday party sweets.

If I had to pick one, I'd go with Fudge. Honestly, anything chocolate. But then there's my famous Ricotta Cheese Cookies I make this time of year. I whip up anywhere between 1,000-1,400 of them because my relatives are crazy and call me to put in their orders. They are most addictive cookie in the world. I dare anyone to try to eat just one; it won't happen. LOL

This is my new favorite. They're called brownie crackles. It uses a box of brownie mix and a few other ingredients to make awesome chocolatey cookies and is easy enough my friend's 5 year old was able to make them herself. http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/brownie-crackles

@Mindy: Oh My! I think I might be making these soon but I'm gonna modify it and use caramel drops instead of the chocolate chips. smiley

Rose Flavoured Turkish Delight is my favourite! After that dark chocolate - nothing fancy, I like it plain.

If we're talking shop-bought chocolate bars, then my favourite would have to be Cadbury Top Deck - milk chocolate base with white chocolate on top. I also love Russian Caramel Fudge, but I don't like soft fudge, it has to be the harder one. Not many people seem to be able to make a fudge that isn't the soft one, though.

I love sweets .. when growing up my Mom owned a cake & candy shop and she would do order cakes and give classes on cake decorating and candy classes .. and every Christmas we still make candy and the relatives come from nowhere it seems eating faster then we make LOL

I have two favorites one is a pudding dessert you can use any pudding you want but we use lemon and we call it Lemon Lush it has pudding , dream whip and cream cheese and a nut crust on bottom and nuts on top

cookies .. any cookie will do if it looks like a cookie but love it more if it has coconut or raisins in it ..

I love sweets, so this is a difficult question. If I had to choose I guess it would be rhubarb pie. It's getting harder to find but Marie Callender's in Austin, Tx makes a really good one. I make a trip there a few times a year to get some.

Strawberry Twizzlers for me!

yellow cake with chocolate frosting is my absolute favorite.

I try not to eat alot of sweets but I do like a good gingerbread cookie on occasion.

That's a really tough decision! I am quite partial to cheesecake. And anything with caramel. Or French macaroons. Or cupcakes. Or pies. All of it. I like it all, lets be real here.

Mindy,
Thanks for sharing that recipe! My kiddos love brownies, and so I bake them at least once a week. These cookies look so yummy, and the recipe seems very simple....and it will make for a fun activity with my kiddos...TY for sharing smiley

Hershey's milk chocolate bars smiley The regular size. Followed by Hershey Kisses, also the milk chocolate version. smiley

I also love gummi bears and Jelly Belly Jelly beans...

Lindor dark chocolate balls smiley

The current FLASH layout challenge was inspired by this thread - check it out if you would like.

Yummmm! What wonderful tastes we all have. My number one response to this question used to be wild huckleberry pie and ice cream. But alas, now I'm older I don't live near a place to pick the yummy things. My downfall for desserts is always a good chocolate chip cookie. However pretty much anything chocolate is high on my list, especially if the chocolate has nuts.

Thank you.
