Currently if someone donates 10 and 20 USD, they have a supporter badge. It will be reflected as "Supporter" then followed by year in a pink box. (unless I interpreted them wrongly)
How about a badge being designed for it? Every year, supporters can look forward to a unique badge to "collect". Just for the aesthetics. I am sure people donate to show their appreciation for all the resources available here, and not for a pretty badge... 
I like this idea too. Then you can really start to see who has been around for the long hall. Plus you will get continued support.
