When online I can grab pictures png, files straight to my desktop and open them I wondered if yours are drag safe, and they are not I can open the file by dragging it to the desktop.
If you click and hold down on a png picture and see it's shadow when it is dragged directly to the desktop on your computer the file is downloaded. Go to assets find a png file with no digitalscrapbook.com sign on it click and drag it to desktop the png file will show up and you can open it. The best way to fix it is to make sure all pngs have digitalscrapbook.com on it.
Thanks for bringing that to my attention, Kendra. I've just disabled that ability. (Though realize that even if people want to do this, the online preview images are not full resolution anyway).
