Thanks, Elif! You made me realise my mistake. I put the frame in the LO first and then tried to clip the picture to it with Ctr+G. I should do that first, then put the combination in the layout template. Thanks ever so much, now I can enjoy these lovely frames!

@Lilian, I sent you a mail but I am posting it here too for others and in case you don't see the mail:
When you open the psd file you should find two layer basically; at the bottom there is shadow layer that you don't need to deal with, on top of it there is the frame layer where you will clip your photo inside. Place your photo on top of the frame layer and make a clipping mask on to the frame by pressing Ctrl and G while your photo is selected. Then you can increase or decrease the shadow layer's opacity according to your taste if you want to but it will work okay too if you don't adjust the opacity. Then just merge layers together and carry your frame to the layout you want to use.

Hi Elif, can you tell me how to use these? Ive been trying to use blend modes in PSE to get the pictures inside the frames but it doesn't work. I would love to use them because they are gorgeous, but so far I've failed...

Hi Carolyn, the reason that I am putting the frames as psd files is that if I make them png they will lose the some of its shadow effect ( blending mode ). Additionally, I want people to play with the opacity according to their choice. So the setting that I made for the shadows cannot be changed if I make them png. For your .page request, I newly learned that such program does exists. I don't have the proper program to make such files. I am sorry, I know the answer your're looking for is not this but this is what I can do
