Welcome! Thanks for saying hello!

Hi everyone!

I am fairly new to the digital scrabooking world but I have been scrapbooking since I was in middle school. My grandmother got me into scrapbooking as a way for us to do something fun and artsy together. I am married to my best friend and I am a happy house wife.

I live in a small town in rural North Carolina. We just bought our first house which is super exciting. I am an avid reader and love playing video games.

Welcome to Pixel Scrapper, Lady! Thanks for introducing yourself.

Hi all!! I'm Michal(pronounced Michelle) New Scrapper and Journal Cover creator!! Been in the graphics world for several years off and on! My step Sister is who directed me to you since we are working on creating some awesome Journal covers to be placed on her Journals and also my own lil store of Journals in the future!!!

Hi everyone,

My name is Tanya and I'm from Melbourne Australia.

I began teaching myself all about crafting as a way of keeping my brain active during a bout of depression and agoraphobia. I'm getting better everyday and I still have my crafting to keep me on the right track. I stumbled on pixelscrapper completely by accident and it was one of the best accidents that's ever happened.

The effort, creativity and talent exhibited by all on this site is just awe inspiring. A massive thank you to Marisa and all the pixelscrapper darlings for making this such a wonderful resource and support tool.

Hello!

My name is Beth and I'm from Evansville, Indiana.

I've been married for 31 years. We have a beautiful daughter, a sweet son-in-law and a gorgeous grandson. He's two years old and so smart!

I've been using Photoshop for about 15 years. I'm self-taught with a lot of help from generous people I have connected with over the years. I've been involved in a couple of Facebook pages for about 2 years using Photoshop to repair and colorize people's family photos for free and also teaching other people how to repair and colorize photos. I really love running both pages with the help of a couple of other ladies. If you follow the link to my YouTube channel, you'll see the teaching videos I have made for our Facebook page. I'm a total amateur, so they aren't slick or well produced but our students say they are easy to understand and that's all I could ask for!

I'm new to digital scrapping and digital design but I'm eager to learn and I'm so happy I found this page!

Hi everyone!

My name is Michelle but most everyone calls me Shell. I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband of 26 years. We have a 21 year old daughter and are newly adjusting to being empty nesters. I'm a Jane-of-All-Trades, having worked as a baker, soap maker, legal assistant, massage therapist, and most recently as a videographer/editor.

I've been scrapbooking since our daughter was born ('96 seems not that long ago!). I switched to digital a few years ago after learning Photoshop and Illustrator for our video production business. I'm a total neat freak so I love that digital scrapbooking involves no mess, is totally portable and endlessly customizable.

I just recently stumbled across Pixel Scrapper and love the way this community is set up. Can't wait to get more involved and share some of the digital elements I've created!

Welcome everyone! Thanks for saying hello and telling us a bit about yourself. It's always fun to have new faces join us!

Hi, my name is Cheryl. I am a freelance Photoshop artist. I enjoy "cleaning up" photos, mostly restoring old photos. I also enjoy photo manipulation: adding or subtracting images from a photo.
Right now I'm working on a collage for my fiance's 40th year band reunion!

Hello! I'm Amy and currently reside in Michigan, married to my 5th grade sweetheart and mommy to a sweet 8 year old girl. I started in paper scrapbooking as well but found out quickly that I LOVED collecting papers, elements, crayons, pens, glues, chalks, buttons, you get the idea... but had a hard time finding enough time to commit things to actual pages. Digital is the way to go! No more dragging out boxes and boxes of design tools in order to create only to find you've run out of time just setting up.
These days I find that I do a lot more digital design of items for weddings, birthday parties, special events, flyers, etc. I also fill my days teaching musical theatre to children 3-13 years.

Welcome to Pixel Scrapper, Cheryl and Amy! We're glad you're both here. smiley

Hi I'm are Fisia. I'm an Italian who loves digital scrapbooking, photography and the creativity! Thank you so much for all the assets you're sharing for us.

Welcome! Thanks for coming by and introducing yourself, Fisia!

Hello! My name is Dina. I'm from Russia. I do not know English. We are obliged to make a portfolio in Russia at school for parents and children. In it, children talk about their lives. Usually these are boring templates. Thanks to your site my child's portfolio has become the most beautiful and interesting! Thank you for your work! PS I hope someone will understand me ! )))

Hi Dina, thanks for stopping by and letting us know about your child's portfolio! We love hearing stuff like that. smiley

We moved to Oregon in spring of 2014 and I like it up here. My husband at the time moved us up here from Texas, then decided to start having affairs with other men (still denies he is gay though) smiley , need-less-to-say... we are going thru a painful and high conflict divorce including custody battle - It's been terrible and I hope in 6 months it will all be over.

It's been difficult to do any scrapbooking during this time (past 24 months), many painful reminders of a marriage built on illusion and a family shattered. I did love to do digital scrapbooking, AND regular scrapbooking, and I moved to digital, when I had identical twins (2005 - still in shock over it! ☺), they just wanted to help out too much with all the glues, stickers and cutting. I've learned Photoshop by taking online classes and tutorials, let's say I've learned the basics, I think I will be learning Photoshop for the rest of my life. I used to love to take pictures of my family and I was getting into Project Life journaling. I LOVE TECHNOLOGY!! I try to find creative ways to balance family, housekeeping, landscaping, exploring, adventuring, reading, movie watching, work, ect... Basically I think if I didn't have a job I would get so much more accomplished.

Hi - My name is Kathy and I am from Cincinnati Ohio. I am new to digital scrapbooking. My daughter introduced me to it and to this site. Hopefully I will get the hang of how to do this and share some of my LO. I also love making cards, watercoloring, and scuba diving. I am an assistant scuba teacher. I have a wonderful hubby, 5 kids - all married to wonderful people, and 19 grandkids!

Welcome to Pixel Scrapper, Mika and Kathy! Thanks for stopping by and introducing yourselves!

hello my name is Karen,
love to create and this site is so very inspirational and helpfull by sharing all these goodies.

Welcome Karen!

Hi I am Shari Nelson, introvert extrodinare! I like to keep to myself but I also like to share my art. I love to digital scrapbook and I make quilts, and try to make messes with mixed media. I am married, have three grown children, and three grandchildren. They are usually the subject of my pages. I live in Minnesota and yes, it is cold in the winter, but you get through it. It's not really cold every day, just some days are really, really cold. It's those days that I can just stay inside and do my art! Thanks for this site, it's awesome!

Hi! My name is Robin and I go by robinsismai in the forums. I have been digitally scrapbooking for 5 years now but I'm fairly new to Pixel Scrapper. I registered for an account many moons ago but have never uploaded to the gallery. Can't wait to be a part of this fun community.

Hi I'm Cherry. Been a lurker here but never really had the chance to participate in the forum. I've been a digital scrapper since 2009. Aside from scrapping I also love to read and crochet. Very nice to be here!

Hello...I'm Monique from Petersburg Indiana. I was surfing for some graphix to use, for a new Lady's Bible Study at Church. I help make the bulletins and some of the other games and graphix that we do. When it brought me here I was like a big kid in a candy shop! I've done a few digi things from time to time, but never like this.I was always interested in scrap-booking, but never had the money for it. I have seen so many beautiful scrapbook pages! I was also impressed that there were tutorials here, now we are talking! Since being here I have downloaded some things and man...you truly don't realize just how addicting this is. It got my mind going in so many directions and ideas. I am glad I found your site, and hope to one day be able to contribute not only some art, but artwork as well. Thanks to all for sharing!! smiley

Welcome all! Thanks for saying hello.

Hi everyone! I am Desi. I am from Georgia, married for almost 13 years and have a nine year old daughter. I am a trained educator but I homeschool my daughter.

I seriously started digiscrapping back in March, primarily as a way to document our travels. I am definitely a clean and simple scrapper. I plan to start doing the day to day when the new years gets here-- I am far too OCD to start mid-year!

Welcome to Pixel Scrapper, Desi! Thanks for saying hello. I was homeschooled for many years, and really appreciate the experience and all that I gained from it! I hope your daughter is blessed through it as well.

Hi there! thank you so much for adding me to this beautiful place smiley smiley

Hello! My name is Maddy and I joined this website so I can scrapbook all of my fun sorority memories smiley I can't remember if I introduced myself yet or not. I wish there was a place on our profile where we could upload our finished scrapbook pages...is there?

Hello Maddy, of course you can upload your finished pages!
On the top of the page click on the little triangle next to your name, choose 'my profile', a new page opens and there you will see a list, under your photo, the last is gallery tools, click on it and you wille see 2 options, the first is 'upload'. Save your finished layouts at 1000 pixels for upload to this site.
