Nice to see you here Els.

I think i introduced myself long ago! bUt i will do it again cause at this point i don't remember! So my name is Sara . I live in California. I a newbie when it comes to digi scrapbooking. I been trying to make my own papers lately, that's gone over well and it's fun. I want to make my own overlays but it's been frustrating to say the least. I also plan on someday learning to make my own elements. I own photoshop elements 10. I love photography also.

My friends and Family think i am super nutty about digi scrap, i spend my friday nights at home trying to perfect how to make papers and layouts and clusters instead of going out and meeting a quality man..LOL. And that is it for me!

Welcome everyone! Thanks for saying hello!

Hello all, I was so excited to find this place and to see the military bundle as I am a retired Air Force Wife and my daughter is married to a Marine Officer. So it is in the blood. That is how I found this forum by searching for military - Marine items to do a scrapbook page of my son-in-law. Anyway, I am excited to be here and love what I have seen so far. I am a grammy too 4, a mother to 2 and a wife to 1 (lol). I also have a little daschund that I love too! I live by the beach and work at the Univerisity of North Carolina in Wilmington, NC. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful place for me to share my digital scrapbooking pages.

Olá meu nome é Karla, sou do Brasil e a 7 anos conheci o scrapbook quando meu 1º filho nasceu, desde então ele foi minha inspiração.
Há 1 ano e 3 meses ele se foi e minha vida parou. Tive outro bebê e agora recomeço a vida. Tenho 38 anos e dia 26/05 completo 39. Moro numa cidade do interior de São Paulo, mas que é bem próxima à cidade de São Paulo. Sou carioca mas estou em São Paulo há 12 anos, pois casei com um paulista.
Espero poder ajudar e aprender muito aqui.

Welcome everybody!

Ka, so glad you found this place, here we only speak english, because we have people from China, Denmark, Belgium, France and so on, and it will be a Babel tower if each one speaks his own language. So, If you wanna post something and you don´t know how to post in English, just tell me by e-mail smiley

For those who are wondering what I´m talking about, Karla Lenzi is my friend, we met about 3 years ago in a Brazilian forum, where she was one of the founders and moderators - her introduction says:

"Hi, I´m Carla, I´m from Brazil and I knew scrapbook 7 years ago when my first son was born. He was my inspiration, but he passed away 1 year and three months ago. Then my life stoped. I gave birth to another baby and my life is restarting. I live in a small city in the state of São Paulo, and it´s very close to São Paulo the City. I was born in Rio de Janeiro, but I´ve been living in São Paulo for 12 years, as I married a man from here. I hope to help - and learn a lot - here."

Welcome everyone!

@Jonia: So glad you found the new military bundles and that they're useful to you!

@Karla: Welcome!

Hi, I am Monica and I am very new to digital scrapbooking infact I still have not made my first page because I am afraid that I will not be able to do it. I have just purchased MyMemories and I also have Corel Paintshop Pro and Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 but I do not know how to use them. Just afraid to jump of the edge.

Hi! I'm Shellby. I am a mom to a soon to be one year old son (in two weeks!) and have been a scrapbooker for 9 years. I have tried over the years to start digitally scrapbooking and have recently picked it up again! I am currently scrapbooking through my son, Doyle's first year. I am an Air Force wife and we live in Montgomery, AL with my hubby and our two cats.

Welcome ladies!

@Monica: Don´t worry about mistakes, just try it. You´ll see its easy and super fun. I never used my memories, but I heard it´s great.

My name is Jessica. I'm <cough> 35. I started scrapbooking in 2001 as I made my dad a special album for his 50th birthday. I was hooked and never stopped. I switched to digital in 2009 as a means to "catch up" but loved it so much, I never went back to traditional. What's not to love about the 60 prep time it takes to just turn on my computer as opposed to hauling tubs of stuff out of the basement to scatter across the kitchen table to only have to have it all put away again by dinner time? Currently, I help others organize their photos and teach 9th grade Language Arts. This month will conclude my 13th year of teaching freshmen. As I get acclimated to the site, I look forward to getting to know you! I love commenting in the gallery and will do my best to give very specific feedback.

Welcome Jessica! It´s great to know you are enjoying our community!

Welcome everyone, I am fairly new here as well, but this site and the people are just wonderful!

@Monica That is how I felt the first time I did a digital layout, so I chose to use a template for my first, and when I saw what I could do with it I was hooked. I know nothing about MyMemories, so I don't know if you can use templates with that. Good Luck smiley I'm sure you will love it!!

*pokes head round the door and waves* Hello!!!
I'm Maureen, I'm a 32yo stay at home mum with 4 kids from 18months to 12 years who keep me pretty busy. I'm in Sunny Scotland.
I'm a paper crafter mostly, working on cards, layouts, decor items. I have a blog and I'm on a couple of design teams. It was through joining a new team that I discovered this site - I've know digi scrappping was out there but it seemed very much unaccessible to me - I like working with my hands, getting ink and glue etc and being able to touch and feel it!!
And then, I downloaded my free kit from joining the site, turned on photo shop and managed to lose about 2 hours of time playing with all the elements and papers!
Think i'm going to love it here!

I just wrote this, but I think it timed out. Apologies if it shows up later smiley

I'm Christi. I live in Ohio, but work in Indiana at an elementary school. I've been digital scrapping for about a year now, but am just now getting into making my own pieces and papers. That's how I found this site (I have a question, haha!).

I teach third grade by day and write a teacher blog and design blogs for other teachers by night. I like to stay busy because my husband is in med school and studies all the time. We have three furbabies who we adore.

Looking forward to hanging out!

Hey my name is Mandy, I've been doing some learning about using masks and different scrapbook papers to "make" graphics. I'm a newbie, but this site is really really cool. I have two kids, Rhys 2.5, Ailey 8mo. They are awesome. I've started my own photography "business". I've had my DSLR for the past year. I've always loved photography and I'm very artistic and have a good eye (so I'm told). I'm 26 and I've been married to my hubby, Mike, for 5.5 years. I love every minute! God has truly blessed me beyond words.

Welcome! Thanks for saying hello!

Hello everybody! I'm Sabrina, and I'm new to digital scrapping. I look forward to making some friends and some great layouts!

Welcome Sabrina... thanks for saying hi!

Hi I am Sherry and I am a art journal adict.. lol
smiley I create every pages as a new life perspective of myself.

Well, I swear I had already done this but I can't find my post anywhere...LOL.
Anyway, my name is Amy smiley I am a tagger/scrapper. I love to create and just think this site is AWESOME!!!!

Hi Everybody! I am brand new to digital scrapping and I'm so glad I found this site. I'm verrrrry slowly learning PSE9 and am trying to implement some of what I've learned here - with mixed success. But I'm loving it! The only negative I've found so far is that I have become a digital paper hoarder and am now totally out of control :p.

Welcome everyone! Thanks for saying hello!

Hey everyone! Well my name's Jess, and I've been scrapbooking since 2009, starting with a scrapbook of me and my then boyfriend's first year together. I loved doing it so much and choosing all the decorations that it became a primary hobby of mine! since then I've scrapbooked our wedding (last year) and our recent holiday to Brisbane/Gold Coast/Sydney. I plan to do one this week for my grandma's birthday and came back on here for some inspiration and hints. I also plan to scrapbook about my dog growing up, and my partner and I since our first year. If this nana one goes well I may extend to making one for mum, etc. Can't wait to have hids one day so i can scrapbook for them smiley I prefer scrapbooking offline, though the online one was fun, it seems more tedious, but my husband got more involved.

I'm 23, from adelaide Australia, and am a music teacher, specialising in jazz vocals. I also play tuba in a local brass band.

Thanks for making this site by the way, it's a great way to get ideas and inspiration smiley

Welcome everyone! Thanks for saying hello!

@Jeanie: I'm interested to do some geocacheing myself!

Hi, my name is Tina. I am a 43 years old high school teacher from Denmark. I teach Mathematics, German and Russian Language. I live near the german border. I love reading, scrapbooking, patchwork, the outdoors, travelling and of course spending time with my family.

Welcome! Seems some really interesting people joined us! And some of them knows lots of different languages. I love languages, wish I could speak at least two more...

@Jeanie @Marisa: I discovered geocaching last week and I am really fascinated for this idea! I signed up at the website, but still could start hunting. My user is DiMiau, in case you want to add me. Marisa, you should try to look for some in Jordan, there must be a couple near you...
Maybe we can try sending geocoins to each other someday?
