I accidentally found this website when I'm looking for elements for my scrap, and was amazed me. I've created some some digital scarpbook layout before but not proficient at it yet.

Thanks so much for the opportunity. it's really inspiring become the member of your site smiley

Hi Everyone!
My name is Skye (pronounce sky) and I'm new to digital scrapbooking. I began paper scrapping more than 15 years ago and LOVE LOVE LOVE the hobby! My favorite thing about it, is that I can re-tell a moment or story through my pictures and journaling. I'm looking forward to learning a whole lot more about the digi scrapbooking world from all of you!

Welcome! Thanks for saying hello!

Hi I am Michelle - aka Shelli or OzzieDreama in most forums.
My partner and I are working our way around Australia -
kind of a semi-retirement - hence the forum nickname.
We have 4 "grown-ps" aged between 19 & 25.
I too have been following Marissa's stuff for awhile.
Its just gorgeous!!
I am an amateur photographer who has a passion for signature tags and paint shop pro
I recently branched out into Tutorials for tag makers but I am still quite new at this.:D

Hi, girls!
I'm new here, hope this forum will help me to improve my skills and find nice compamy to talk with.
I'm from Russia, living near Moscow, small town called Zheleznodorozhniy (means "railway" like adjective, cause in the past there was a plant to repair trains). I'm software engineer and my work is to test software mostly for cellular providers. There is no art and creativity at my work at all! That's why i love scrapbooking and photography. This is like relax for my soul. I live with my husband and 2 cats, no kids yet, but we're triyng to solve this problem smiley

Somehow i found this site and i like it very much. Hope to stay here for a long time and study digital scrapbooking, this will help me to create photo-books, because traditional scrap is not my theame. I like it, i did it, but not for myself, only for gifts and some orders.

So many new faces this week! Wellcome all smiley

Hi, I'm Courtney. I'm a recent addition to the digi-scrapping world. I'm not quite sure how I found this site, but I've enjoyed prowling around and getting to know the designers. I've recently lost almost 60 pounds. Finding time to scrapbook, while raising a family, working full-time, and working out, is almost impossible. But with digi-scrapping, I don't have to clean up a mess. I simply shut my laptop and go. I love the global flair that I've found here. I'm anxious to begin my world travels as the kids get older.

Best,
Court

Hi! I'm Lauren, and I just recently moved to California. I've got a 10-month-old son, and I just recently became interested in scrapbooking after he was born. I've made a few layouts so far and I'm really having a great time learning how to digiscrap. Once I feel more comfortable, I think my first complete project will be a book of photos from his first year, and I'm thinking of doing a weekly scrapbook for next year. Thank you for this wonderful site!

Hi, I'm Linda. I've been digital scrapping off and on for about 7 years while I worked, and now that I'm retired I have plenty of free time to devote to it. I mostly create layouts to go with my family research, but I love challenges and enter them every month. I often create my own papers and elements because I enjoy doing that, but only recently begun to design kits. I have two sons, three grandchildren and six fur babies [standard poodle, toy poodle, four cats]. Yes, we have a menagerie here!

I have several hobbies besides digital scrapbooking: genealogy research, travel, photography, reading, cooking, and gardening. In my spare time I sleep! I honestly don't know how I ever had time to work full time!! smiley

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone here.

Welcome Courtney, Lauren, and Linda! Glad to have you here!!

Hello everyone. My name is Melissa. I am a longtime scrapbooker (If I tell, I will give my age away). Digi is fairly new to me, but I have been working with graphic design software for years because of my full time job. I work in corporate public relations and spend my days dealing with all the drama that entails. Creating/designing are my escape.

I live in Utah, but am from Texas. My husband is from New Zealand, but in the US as an Australian. We like to confuse people, I suppose. We have traveled a fair bit as his kids are in NZ and my father is in Germany (a place I lived for 3 years.) We consider ourselves a bit of an international family. I have one daughter who is 13 and tends to be the subject of most my layouts.

I am thrilled to have found this site. I have been doing so many layouts lately to support the creative teams I am on. I have started designing my own and I appreciate the willingness of designers to share their work and secrets for the rest of us.

I look forward to seeing everyone's work and being part of a fantastic digi community!

Hello, finally getting the chance to introduce myself. My name is Lucy and I live in NYC. I have been scrapbooking for over 12 years and digitally for about 3 years. I love all crafts but I am sewing/needlework impaired. smiley This is a great site and a great community. Looking forward to learning from everyone.

Welcome ladies! It´s so nice to get to know a bit about you! Thanks for sharing!

Good Morning fellow Scrappers! I'm Rae, a beginner Digi Scrapper and an amateur Graphic Designer. I'm from Knoxville, TN. I found PixelScrapper just the other day whilst browsing the internet. I must say, I felt like I hit the jackpot! Marisa, kudos for making such a wonderful source and community for Designers and Scrappers. I can't wait to get to know everyone!

I've only worked with digi scrapbook kits one time, and it was for my wedding website close to 2 years ago now. (See image below.) I fell in love with it. I recently became unemployed and decided to get back into the design world, I've missed it for far too long.

I absolutely love love love PaintShop Pro. I used it ever since I was a tot. However, when I studied Graphic Design in college, I was forced to learn Adobe PS. For me, it was like trying to write backwards with my left hand. It just didn't work.

When I'm not tinkering on the computer, I'm either studying my Bible, looking up tasty recipes to try, or getting some fresh air outside. (I'm guilty of being a homebody, thanks Mom!)

Oh, here's my one piece of art in relation to Digi Scrapping:
{Keep in mind, it was for a website, so that blank space to the right is where our wedding details went (: }

Hello my name is Roberta'm 26 years old, and I'm starting this digital, I'm learning a lot here.
My focus in this area scrap are the labels for the ride homesprays I do and I make handmade soaps.
I am very fissured in prints and say I have phases related colors, I am very inspired by the film Marie Antoinette directed by Sophia Coppola.

Welcome everyone! Thanks for saying hello!

Hi, everyone! I'm Pauline. I live in the country just outside of Humboldt, Tn. I discovered digital scrapbooking when I can across a Scrapbook Boutique disc in an office supply store. Then I found so many wonderful websites. I've been coming here for a while and I'm so happy I finally joined. I'm a stay-at-home mom of 12 yr old Kaleb (who has Asperger's with ADD & some OCD). I enjoy all types of crafts. I'm still learning my PSE9 and love to play around with templates (I have scraped many pages with pictures of horses smiley ,other animals and nature photos. I don't have a blog and I don't design (though I have thought about it). I don't have time for it, really, with all the time I spend collecting freebies (occasionally, I'm able the buy kits) on the web. LOL! Happy to be here! smiley

Welcome Pauline! Thanks for saying hello!

My name is Claudia, i´m from Brazil & discover and crushed by scrapbooking just 2 years ago! I love to see all the sweet creations here. Congrats to you all. smiley

Welcome Pauline smiley Hope You Enjoy Your Time Here!!

What a great, international group! I'm Alison, the trailing spouse of a US diplomat. I'm currently living in Vienna, Austria, with my husband and two little girls, ages almost 2 and almost 4. Since I had to leave my last job when we moved abroad, I've been working on my photography and digital design skills. I love the colors and designs here -- they're just lovely. I can't wait to start contributing!

Welcome Alison! I even have a Vienna Bundle. Great city!
