I'm Maggie. Retired and living on the South Coast of England. My hobbies keep me busy; cards, scrapbooks (digital and manual), jewellery making and crochet. I've been playing at learning to paint. And now I've found BlogTrains smiley and Pixelscrapper smiley

Hi everyone! I'm Marina of Argentina, and I design as Magical Scraps Galore. I've been digiscrapping for 12 years and designing for 2. I'm 43 years old, and I've been married to Peter for 13. We have 2 kids, Emilia who is 12 and Andy who is 11. I also love photography and travelling.
I can't wait to meet you all!

Welcome! Thanks for saying hello!

Hi my name is Janae. I live in paradise in New Zealand. A small seaside town in a huge mountain range. I am here recooperating after illness and working part time to get by. I was head of graphic design for a company that makes billboards for real estate agents in Auckland city. I was thrown in the deep end and had to learn the whole industry from the ground up suddenly and teach myself everything they do to layout the billboard designs! WOAH! I didn't even know how to turn on a computer! So anyways now I am here! My attempts at making real scrapbooks were sad to say the least! Lots of work that would end up like a childs first art attempt. So sad for me because I love seeing beautiful pages and couldn't produce them. I learned how to do parchment craft ...called pergamano which I do love to do, but was still soooo taken by scrapbooking. I found digital scrapping online all over the place and became enchanted with it ...not that I have done many layouts in fact I prefer just playing around and trying to create elements or using templates to see what I can do with them! lol I love taking pictures of gorgeous flowers and seeing what I can do to make them into lovely elements. I am not a great photographer my any means and have no clue as to what I am doing, nor do I want to learn (memory problems lol) but every one in a thousand yields a gem i can use which is nice. Digital cameras are awesome and a great money saver if you take hundreds of photos! Well thats about it from me or this will be a book! Oh except that apparantly I am a bit of a poet! But thats another story

Hi I'm Angela....I've been playing at digital scrapbooking for about a year...but wish there were more hours in the day to do it. I live in Australia right on the beach so I get distracted by lazing around at the beach with coffee in my spare time. I like that my scrapbooking is within my computer, and that I don't have a million different pieces to get out and put away. My goal by the end of this year is to have printed a nice coffee table book. What else takes up my time...cooking, (look out I applied for masterchef new season), my animals, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 8 chickens and 2 ducks, and my organic vegetable garden. For the last few years I've been on and off unwell and am at my best I have been for quite sometime. I've been learning (well trying to learn) how to start from scratch with my scrapbooking and definately want to learn more. Anyway, that's me, thanks for reading.

Hi everyone. My name is Julie and I live in Montana USA. I have been a digital scrapbooker for about 6 years, but just the last week of September 2013, I discovered you fabulous Web site! I am a freelance editor/writer/photographer who is self-taught in graphic design, so needless to say I have so much more to learn. I very much prefer digital over traditional scrapbooking, and I hope to hone my skills enough to be able to contribute on a regular basis with good enough content that you all want to download it! I am putting together a website of my work (WordCritterCreative.com) and hope to offer digital designs at some point down the road...What a great community and fun way to promote the creative process of digital design! Thank you Marisa!

Welcome! Thanks for sharing a bit about yourselves. Have fun, there are lots of exciting things happening on DigitalScrapbook.com this month smiley

Hi,
I digi scrap now, because I couldn't traditionally scrap anymore . I live with several ailments (I won't bore you with the list of ailments) and intense pain from the spinal/neck injuries sustain in a nasty car accident 15 yrs ago when I was 30. I found this site thought the scrappin' grapevine. I'm going to have a look around. Thank you!

Hello!

Hi. My name is Shari and I live in the Santa Cruz Mountains in California, close to the beach but up in the trees. I work in the office at a high school with never a dull moment. I've been playing with graphics on my computer for many years, since I first discovered Paint Shop Pro and the technique of tubing. Did that for a long time, but then my first grandson came along and I decided I wanted to make a scrapbook of his first year. I took some paper scrapbooking classes online and achieved my goal. That then led to creating cards. I've always loved trying online tutorials and classes and ended up taking some Hybrid Scrapbooking classes at JessicaSprague.com and loved that I could print out my own embellishments and papers to use on pages and cards. In an effort to convert to Photoshop I decided to take her beginning digital scrapbooking class and now I'm hooked. I stumbled on to DigitalScrapbook.com last weekend and this seems like a wonderful place. What really intrigues me is the idea that, gee, can I make my own papers and embellishments? I'm looking forward to exploring that and checking out the tutorials. Thank you for having me here.

Welcome Shari, Blue Cat and Scarlet!

Welcome everyone! I like your name Shari smiley [my nickname is Shari]

Hi everyone!
Love this site for all the great resources and tips that help me digi-scrap all the photos I'm taken.
Photography, digital scrapbooking, cooking, reading, animal rescue, and trips with my dear husband keep me busy now that my two kids are 16 and 19 years old and entertain themselves (work, friends, and not wanting to go on trips with us...LOL).
I've lived in western Oklahoma all my life and love to travel every chance I get.

Hello everyone! My name is Tanya and I living in Southern Minnesota. I am going to be 42 at the end of this month - how did that happen? I am mom to two awesome young men. Joseph is 21, is in the Air Force and is in North Carolina and Blake is 20, lives near Des Moines, IA and just got his first adult job out of college as a welder. My husband and I are empty nesters, so navigating through that smiley I am a graphic designer and own my own screen print, embroidery and graphic design business. I also dabble in photography. Most recently, I have started decorating items with dye sublimation which is a ton of fun!

Hello everybody, I'm Sandy ..Swéswé in the world of scrap ..I'm 34 years old, I've got 1 man, 3 children, 1 cat and 2 rats !
I started scrappe in 2008 but in 2011 i stopped it, and now I would like to do it ... My passions aside from scrap are reading (Franck Thilliez, Nicci French and a lot of others ) and sewing ...Sorry for my english smiley
Go, I will visite the forum ..

Hi, everyone! I'm Amy from Texas. I have been scrapbooking for years, but I'm just recently getting into digital scrapbooking. I love it! I scrapbook for my daughters (Savannah - 17 and Macy - 5).

Hi Marissa - I'm Gillian & I live in London. I came across DigitalScrapbook.com only a couple of days ago & it was a complete breath of fresh air smiley I love the way it works - so friendly. I have always been into crafting in one form or another right from an early age, so I dip in and out of different projects all the time. I am drawn towards anything to do with the sea & the beach - guess that what comes from sailing boats for 15 yrs smiley.

Anyhooo, I work as a Media Resources Officer in a 6th Form College (students aged from 16-19) and have been here for years - I love my job. I get to do all kinds of creative stuff from designing to photography to repairing equipment, there's never a dull moment. I just wish that there was more time for me do do my own stuff - I have a table of art projects half finished and a mac ext HD with loads of nearly finished digi projects. I mainly use in-design & dabble in Photoshop then use distress inks & stamps. At the moment I am seriously thinking of doing project life for if nothing much happens in the week it will least ensure that I actually finish some small pieces of art work in whatever way I feel like for that week. Keep up the great work you are doing.

Kind Regards - Gillian

Welcome ladies! Glad you stopped by! Now come have fun with us smiley

@Sandy: Does your cat don´t eat your rats? I´m a cat lady myself (I have 5 rescued adult cats) and can´t imagine having little animas at home...

Hi! I'm Priscilla Ashley but everyone online calls me Prissy. I'm married to my best friend and have 2 boys (9 and 2). I'm a tagger which is where I started out but for the last year I've been making scrap kits in my spare time. It's so much fun and is definitely my creative outlet. Thank you so much for all your hard work with this wonderful site and the items that you generously share with everyone. smiley

@Lorien:No, my little Leon wanted to play at first, but now it is next to the cage and looks .. But I put more against the cage in the dining room, you never know.. smiley

Hi! My name is Araceli, I'm 48 years old but I feel youngh. I'm from Argentina, in South America. I'm a mom of Celeste, 8 years old , Katya , 18 years and Mauricio , 19. .
. I found her site by recommendation of my friend Vickie Martinez, a genius of design known as Osa Honey. I love the design, but I have no time because I work and I have the 3 guys. What little I saw, I turned out fantastic, congratulations and I'll try to do it all.
Sorry about my english, I know isn't very good, and Google translator REALLY doesn't help at all smiley

Hi I'm Diane, and I live in Colorado Springs. I'm a 50 something mom to two cats named Laptop, and Tigger. I have been Letter Carrier with the US Postal Service for 35 years and looking forward to retiring in a few more years. I don't actually scrapbook but I enjoy learning how to use Photoshop and found the tutorials here to be a great help. I do like to make cards, so those are almost like a mini scrapbook page with out a picture. I recently started to create my own background papers, as I could never seem to find exactly what I wanted, so figured making my own would be the way to go. I just wish I had more time to spend working with Photoshop and learning more of what I can do with that program. I look forward to spending more time here at PixelScrapper and getting to know more of you.
