Welcome! Thanks for saying hello!
Hi everyone! My name is Sherry and I go by the user name of Elk Fan. I was born in Missouri but have lived in Texas most of my life. I'm married with two children, four grandchildren, and two Shih Tzu dogs. I enjoy photography, gardening, reading paranormal mysteries (Love Heather Graham and Jane Ann Krentz books), decorating my home and spending time with family and friends. I retired two years ago after a 40 year banking career. I started paper scrapping many years ago and was a consultant for Creative Memories for a few years. I was really intimidated by digital scrapping but I purchased Photoshop Elements and thought I would give it a try. I played around with Elements trying to learn to use it and got extremely frustrated and then I found some on line classes and I was off an running. I am now totally addicted to digi scrapping and haven't done a paper page since. (Anyone need a whole closet full of paper supplies??) LOL Not too long ago, I was approached by a couple of designers to join their CT teams and decided to give it a try. I love it and I have made some wonderful new friends as an added bonus. I started playing around with designing myself and when I saw Marisa's wonderful offer to start helping new designers (thank you Facebook!) I decided to take her up on the offer. I had registered here earlier but got a little frustrated when I couldn't post layouts and sort of put this site on the back burner. I didn't quite get the points thing but have since read the rules and understand it a little better so you will be seeing a lot more of me. It's great to be here and thank you Marisa for taking time to do this for us.
My name is Marie
I am very reserved
I live in France and I have traveled a lot.
Since childhood, I am passionate about photos, drawings, and art. I'm new designer and this site is very useful to me. Thank you all for your help and for giving us time opportunities
I've just discovered this place, I am new to scrapping and am amazed at how many resources are available. I live in the uk and have two young boys. I am currently enjoying my summer break. Hello I'm Sarah from Australia, blogger and sewing enthusiast 30 and loving it
I made a thread, but thought I would pop in here and say hi!!
Hello everybody, my name is Daniela Moraes, I was born in Brazil in 1975, but have been moving around the globe for the last 13 years due my husband's job as a software engineer. I am a mom to two little princesses aged 7 and 8, and also to a 10 year old mini-dachshund called Naoko who still behaves like a puppy.
I graduated from college with a degree in Interactive Media design, my experience in the field is very limited. I was member of Deviant Art for a few years where I learned a lot about photo-illustration and picture post production, it was my first contact with an online community of artists and it was amazing, everyone was welcoming and helpful.
After a long pause from creating and designing due to illness, I decided I would focus my creative side on making photo albums and scrapbook albums for my family, which also came as a complement to the genealogy project I had started a few years ago. A lot of research on the history of scrapbooking and many nights on Pinterest brought me here, and I am so glad
I am also a geek, I grew up on Star Wars, Godzilla, fantasy movies, anime and video games. Love me some sci-fi movies and series, specially old cheesy ones I mostly listen to 90s/80s Brit Rock, Japanese-Pop, Broadway Musicals and Movie Soundtracks - my favorite bands are Queen and Shonen Knife. Favorite movie: Labyrinth, favorite anime: Castle in The Sky, favorite animation: Sleeping Beauty (Disney).
Looking forward to interact more with all of you, cheers!
R2 is not very happy with my kiss

Hi! My name is Sonya, and I'm fairly new to digital scrapbooking. I have a LARGE box of print photographs and although I've done (paper)scrapbooking in the past, my love for other crafts (knitting, crocheting, quilting, cross-stitching, etc.) has usually crowded out scrapbooking. And I admit, I'm a bit of a perfectionist with scrapbooking too, so I've always found the multitude of choices and options and the permanency of cutting paper and photos a bit too intimidating for me to be much of a prolific scrapper. The option of going digital, where you can always make changes, seems like a better fit.
I found your website as I was working on only my second digital scrapbook, a digital adoption profile. My husband and I have one adopted daughter (almost 11 months) and we are in the beginning stages of adopting a second child, hoping to provide sibling experiences to our daughter and love to another child. I appreciate the many paper, kit and bundle options on your site and I look forward to exploring and using it more.
My name is Maria, I love to digi-scrap, and have been doing this for about 6 years now. My first hobby is photography, (wildlife, grandkids, macro,) and digi-scrapping grew out of that. I am a wife, mom, and grandma of fifteen, and live in BC, Canada. I have a certificate in digital design, but frequently just download what I need. Happy to meet you all!
Im Emma 30 from the Uk. Im engaged to Alan and we have 2 beautiful daughters Aimee 8 and Kaylee 5. We also have a furbaby Chocolate Labrador called Meg 2 1/2. We live by the seaside. I love taking photos of my family and scrapping them into pages!
My goodness- love reading all the bits about everyone. And hey- there is another Beatrice- not too many of us at least around here.
Good evening to all
Hello! My name is Nicole, I am 24 and a happily married mom to one little girl. I've just started dabbling in digital scrapbooking; I have scrapbooked traditionally for many, many years, but the craft has become much too expensive, and the tends move way too fast to keep up with. Being a full time student, working from home mostly full time, and being at at-home mom; there's not much leftover time or funds. I've decided to try digital scrapbooking because there are so many wonderful freebies out there, and the things you do pay for a very reasonably priced! I already have a decent knowledge of Photoshop for graphic/web design so it hasn't been hard to play. Eventually I would love to learn to make my own scrapbook elements to give something back to the community.
I have a bad habit of being a lurker on forums; it's not a purpose; honestly.
Welcome to all of our newest members!!! It's so good to see each and every one of you here.
Welcome Nicole! Glad to have you here!
Hello, my name is Tasha and I'm brand new to scrapbooking. I work as a night shift PA at the hospital and I'm at home with my boys during the day. I have a 2 year old toddler and a 2 month old baby boy and life always seems busy, but I'm finally getting to making their baby books. My knowledge of photoshop is essentially 0: I've been relying to youtube videos to help teach me how to do it, so I'm excited to be able to watch some of these tutorials too. My husband is in dental school, so he's constantly studying or in class, but I'm hoping to keep making headway on these baby books before moving into scrapbooking all of the other happenings in our lives! I am grateful to have happened upon this website--there are so many creative people here!
