Hi I'm Lori aka Sparky with Kreations by Sparky. I've been digi designing for apprx. 6 years now and love it. I love designing and creating the graphics but when it comes time to put a layout together, well lets just say, I'm not real good at that part at all!!! It's like putting a puzzle together and I've never liked doing puzzles. lol I have some fantastic ladies that help me create layouts from my kits.

hello,
my Name is vroni and im a newbiee in things scrapbooking, but i hope to find much stuff, ideas and help here.

Welcome to everyone new!!

Hey! I'm Kelly, originally from Kansas, but got the heck out of there as soon as I could and ended up in Washington state. I am a long-time classroom teacher who, just last school year, found my dream job as a high school librarian!

I share my house with four rescue dogs and two once-feral cats.

I've done papercrafting since I was in elementary school, but I just love playing around with stuff on the computer. I think I might eventually be good at this if I can get some help using Photoshop. (I am actually looking RIGHT NOW for someone to help me with a new website for the library because I know just enough Photoshop and HTML to really screw things up! If you know what you're doing and want to earn a little vacation money, please contact me and I'll provide you with more details!)

I am new to the site, i use scrap kit's daily in my creative teams, and I love them.. So I thought I might give making them a try I may never go very far, but i'm willing to try

Hi Trish! So nice to see you here!

Hi! I'm Blaise. I'm excited to check out the gallery and become inspired by the beautiful layouts. I feel like I have a lot to learn! smiley

Hi Blaise....and welcome! I'm new as well...these ladies are great! I'm sure you will find inspiration here!

Hello y'all! My name is Maryanne, but I prefer going by my nickname, Mat! I live in the DFW area of north central Texas. I was born in Johnson City, TN, grew up in Detroit, MI & Cairo, Georgia where I graduated from high school. I just attended my 50th class reunion in April. Both of my ex-husband's are deceased and I am retired and love living with my four legged fur babies (cats). I am the oldest of 4, with two sisters and one brother that is deceased. I have no children of my own, but have wonderful nieces and nephews and their children to scrap. On very hot & steamy days (like today) or rainy days, I enjoy digiscrapping (actually I could do this daily...LOL!). I really enjoy this site and especially the blog trains....thanks and keep up the good work!

Adore this photo! cute layout too! I am always photographing my fur babies! I am another crazy cat lady! smiley

Welcome all!!

Hey yall from southeast Texas!! New to digital scrapping and any scrapping to be honest. I'm 27, getting a degree in Environmental Science and I mainly use this site to make unique binder covers to use for school! I'm married, going on 4 years now, and have 3 amazing pups! No kids yet, but I'm hoping that changes soon!!

Happy scrapping yall!!

Hi. My name is Alice. I will be turning 60 in October. Scary. I've never worried about numbers before but this is a big one. I have vowed to approach PSE with courage and determination this year. So digital scrapbooking is new to me. I have been paper scrapping since I was a kid. My Grannie was a scrapbooker. Scrapbooking has changed a lot since my childhood days. I enjoy the creativity and the memories.

Welcome everyone! Thanks for saying hello!

Hi all!!! smiley

Hello everyone my name Zvia, in English meaning of the word is Gazelle (Bambi's mother) smiley
I started creating scrapbooking September 2014, after a very difficult time, which i was forced to leave a job where I worked for 13 years (cooking for kindergartens)
Happily right away I found another job as a nanny for newborns and toddlers in daycare.
Eventually this situation pushed me to go back to enjoy the joy of creation
Recently I was looking more and more web free pages for personal use only,
And through Pinterest I came to this site, I usually do not register and pay for things online, but I really liked the idea behind your website, and you seem to be fair and honest, so I signed up and joined happily.
Hope soon to be able to show you what I created.
Best wishes for continued creativity with pleasure.

Hey! I'm using my summer break to get my computer organized, and have found many beautiful and fun products on this site. At some point, I'm going to have to stop playing with paper and elements and actually scrap some photos!

Welcome!

Hi, my name is Trish.

I'm an avid digi-scrapper (an avid digi-anything, really) who totally hasn't spent the last several days on a download spree. No. Not at all.

I have two gorgeous little boys, a darling husband who encourages my obsessive creativity, and a book collection that's threatening to swallow our tiny apartment. I'm an amateur designer, photographer, writer and oh, all the things! I'm a total pro at sarcasm, Photoshop, Jane Austen trivia and I always figure out whodunnit before the author reveals it. (Yes, I am that awesome.)

Alas, I am also in a digi-slump. So I lurk and I download and I tinker in Photoshop in an effort to kick start my creativity anew. I look forward to the day when I'll be able to contribute more than a few carefully edited words.

Welcome everyone!

Hi

The spiritual name of my daughter is Sanghamitra.

I am absolutely new to scrapbooking. I am a Graphics Designer, Writer, Illustrator for children. I write short stories for kids and illustrate books for them. I gave up my corporate job when I realized I was looking for the undo btn all the time when I am sketching or creating handicrafts.

So I got back to cartooning, painting, paper crafts etc. I love all forms of crafts. I learned to sew and knit when I was a teenager and have self taught myself how to do beading. Crafts helped me heal, in the toughest times.

But above all I love paper. I do quilling and make paper puppets which I use in my story-telling and theater workshops with kids. And the best place for me to enjoy a boring afternoon is in a stationary shop or a Haberdashery shop.

When I saw people making scrapbooks I wanted to do it too but found the materials too expensive. Then one day I saw the digital version and since then fell in love with it. So I am learning to put the layouts together with photos of my family. I do want to learn to make the elements and papers... and alpha etc. I know I can do it since I have worked in graphics for 2 decades now.

The only problem is I don't know how to put together a kit. Once I start using some kits, I am sure I will .... one day, some day, get a hang of how to compile a kit.

I love the work done by the designers here and I became a member of DigitalScrapbook.com in 2013, but I never downloaded anything and didn't know anything about the blog train. But now I am trying to download some stuff and putting together pages for my family album.

Thank you for your generosity that you give so many freebies. It really helps me to learn.

Thanks to all of you, Marisa, Shiela, Milo, Erin, Diane, Phyllis, Dawn, liza, Janet, Pauline, Holly, Megan, Marcela, Julie, Kathryn, and I am forgetting there so many names, Andene, Robin, Melanie, Sally, Paddy... and so many more.... if I have forgotten any names. I thank you all for wonderful kits and wonderful work. You are an encouragement and inspiration.

Keep up the good work

Hello there! I found DigitalScrapbook.com by a happy accident while trying to rebuild my digital creativity "arsenal". I am just blown away by how beautiful the designs are and how friendly everyone seems here. smiley

I wrote a little about me on my profile page but I was shy about it, so I will tell you a little more; I am a 33 year old artist/writer/independent contractor from Oklahoma. I'm a 4th generation crafter, and have been making various art projects for most of my life. I got involved in the PSP "tags" world about 10 years ago, and stumbled upon digital scrapbooking through that in about 2006. A tricky breakup with a partner of many years cost me the computer with all of my tools and creations on it in 2009, so I focused on other things for a while and kind of forgot about the digital world. In 2011 I sustained a traumatic brain injury due to an automobile accident caused by another driver texting while on the highway. The last few years have been interesting to say the least, with a lot of rebuilding occurring. My doctor (okay, therapist) recommended that I get back into the digital creations world, as a means of reclaiming some of my lost memory/skills and to rebuild some of my cognitive skills. I just began this last week, but am already experiencing such hopeful changes and it's really exciting! I can't wait until I have (re)learned enough to create my first kit, and do hope that you'll be patient with me. Some things are still slow-going and my short-term memory is still shot to heck, but I am a determined learner.

I promise that despite the above, it is not all gloom and doom with me. I am by nature a tenacious and upbeat person. In a weirdly optimistic way, I am grateful for the TBI; it was like a reset button was pressed, and my life has been better than it was thanks to all of the new things I have learned (or relearned lol). I am also able to find joy in the smallest things because I am so very happy just to be alive, and to have (mostly) overcome things.

Okay, I will stop rambling now..and please forgive the terrible grammar. When I am not writing for a professional/personal project, I tend not to monitor/correct myself. Anyhoo, thank you for having me, and I look forward to getting to know everyone.

PS-I know my profile photo is not the best and may somewhat violate the "face-on" rule, but I do not have anything better on this computer at the moment. I will do my best rectify that as soon as possible.

Hi! My name is Maria and I am photographer! I joined PS some days ago to access its amazing resources. Looking forward to improve my work with everything! xx

Welcome!

Welcome!!

Hi, I've stumbled across this site and am excited to find a place I can upload ALL my layouts! I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone, be sure to say hi!

Hi Jenny!

Hi my name is Rosemarie. My friends and family call me Rose or Rosie. Feel free to call me either one. I am married (40 yrs in Oct.) and have a son. I was born in Minnesota and now live in Washington. I love being creative whether it is the many forms of needlework or paper crafts such as scrapbooking , quilling, or playing with water color pencils. I love animals and had 14 angora goats until arthritis made it too difficult to take care of them. Sure miss the babies in the spring. We have two family dogs, one Golden-Chow cross (very old) and a two year old American Pitbull Terrier that looks similar to Petey from the Little Rascals but prettier and she is a girl and looks it. I have only been scrapping for a few months but really love it. There is so much to learn. I am slowly getting in the technology mode. I have had a Facebook page for years but this year have opened a Pinterest account. I have yet to use twitter or any of the other things available.

Welcome!!

Hello, I’m Wendy and I live in Melbourne, Australia, with my husband and two young adult (22 and 19) sons.
I was introduced to scrapbooking about 10 years ago, but I was only half-hearted about it and didn’t really follow through. Then about four years ago I discovered digital scrapbooking and, from then on, I’ve been slightly obsessed. The discovery of digital scrapbooking also renewed my interest in traditional scrapbooking. Now I do digi, traditional and hybrid. My style changes constantly, depending on the subject matter. So, I guess you could say that I don’t have a particular style. I’ve always enjoyed doing family history research and gathering old family photos, so I do tend to do a lot of heritage/vintage layouts. I’m also inspired by my many travels and, of course, by my family and friends.

I came across this site while doing a Google search and I'm looking forward to joining in.
