I just need to know one thing: "Are you talking about the download process or the fact that the layers in the template is locked/linked together?".
Cause if it is the second one I join in and ask how we are supposed to re-colour a template that are locked? I have tried (almost) everything without luck, and simplifying the layer only makes them into one = no help.
Maybe Marisa could make one of her great tuts about his? ;0)))

My guess would be that there is no template/overlay linked to that paper
Hi Liz, thanks for pointing that out. I'm going to try and get this fixed in the next few days.
Also, I'm going to move this thread to the support forum...
Finally got around to fixing this. The issue was that some template files had been unpublished for various reasons, but the assets were still linking to them.
