WOW - definitely going to be using that one!

Thank you for making it so clear as to how to use different versions to achieve different objectives. I had tried other ways but the edges didn't stay sharp. That is key for me. Keep up the great work. I love your site. Thank you

A great time saver. Thanks for the tutorial.

OH my goodness!!! Thank you, thank you!!!! I knew there had to be a way to do this, I have been so lost trying to figure it out till reading this post, kind of hard to figure something out when you have no idea what your doing smiley so glad I found this site. I'm doing my stepdaughter's wedding invitations for this Oct and this will help me for printing a design for her envelop liners with her wedding color or colors instead of buying them. I see I will be spending a lot of time here learning new fun things.

Wonderful tips in this. Thanks!

Locking the transparent layer is the secret. Thank you for sharing it! Works in Photo Shop Elements, also.

I always wondered what anti-aliasing meant! Another piece of the puzzle answered!

Thank you! I going to try this.

I can't wait to give this a try.

Thanks for this tutorial. I didn't know about locking before or what contiguous was about.

Great tool for us novices...Thanks!

Thank you for your great tutorials!

Great tutorial. I tried it and was successful! Yeah me!!!!

Great information. Now to just remember this when I need to recolor.

I've been wondering how to use these. Thank you! smiley

Thank you, you make it so easy smiley

Hi! I am very new to digital. I was trying to recolor and overlay from this site. I followed the video exactly but the paint bucket didn't work. I could recolor using the brush, but then that won't let me color certain things. Do you have any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Thanks!

Crystal

I'm not sure what the problem is, but one thing is to make sure you're using the paint bucket and not the gradient tool. If you hold down on the toolbar you'll get the little fly out menu to switch.

This is a great tut! Thank you, Marisa.
